This place has lost its luster. The burgers are subpar and were over-seasoned. I should have known better when I showed up and the place was not packed during lunch hours. Absolutely no line, I thought I had gotten lucky. I’m extremely disappointed after spending $33 on two meals, I expected a bit more for burgers. They also put way too much ketchup and mustard, it tasted like a cheap checkers burger. I’m done, never going back to this location. The only thing good was the drink.

First time at a Smashburger and at best the burger was OK and the onion rings were burned and not edible. I will not go to another Smashburger. Service ok
Ordered double truffle mushroom and smash fries as I typically do. Patties were so overdone and overseasoned that I couldnt eat it. Smash fries were very good as usual, but burger was worst Ive had there. VERY disappointed.

During my visit to this location on 11/29/2023, I encountered multiple issues. Initially, I placed an order through their app, but the food didn't arrive on time. I had to wait an extra 17 minutes, during which half of my order (the fries) remained in the container at the heating area. Furthermore, the cashier demonstrated unsafe hygiene practices. Initially, he handled food without wearing gloves, and when he did wear them, he engaged in multiple actions such as touching food, using the cash register, wiping his nose, handling his personal phone, and even using a vape pen. Adding to this, he used his personal phone openly in front of customers and even stepped into the kitchen to vape. Despite wanting to cancel the order due to these reasons, I couldn't as the app showed the order was "ready" when it was not. Upon returning home, I realized they had given me the wrong burger. Although I received a refund, the overall experience was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic.

Plymouth MN location is a dumpster fire. It’s so filthy I’m surprised it hasn’t been closed by the health department. Bathrooms had no soap or towels- how are the employees washing their hands??? And this is not counting the absolutely disgusting, greasy food!??

I actually hate burgers. Like, CANNOT eat them. They’re either too greasy or not cooked properly, or just plain nasty from being frozen and not having freshness to them. I did try Smashburger burger once and it was probably the best burger I’ve ever had, and I’m the pickiest person when it comes to that. 10/10. Def be going here for future burger cravings.
