I used to live in Plymouth and this was a favorite. The pizza is still great, but the restaurant was understaffed and the facility was dirty. The bathrooms in particular looked as if they hadn't been cleaned well since I was there a year ago. Sad to see it go downhill.

Terrible customer service. Menu listed price of $9.95 for pizza (up to 3 toppings) and salad. Got to check out and they said my total was $12.91 because I got 2 toppings. Asked to talk to manager and the other employee there tells me 'price is correct, price listed is wrong'. If you up your prices, you need to reflect them on your giant menu on your board in the place.

I love their personal pizzas. Super tasty!! Nice with a side salad. Solos is one of my Favorite pizza places. It's too bad there aren't more locations. The closest one is a 20 minute drive. But if I'm in the area, it's a favorite stop!!

I ate here with my boys we all got a different kind of pizza and swapped, they were all super yummy! The staff was great wish I would have gotten our pizza makers name, great service, okay so why I gave them a 4 stars I also ordered a salad the lettuce was turning bad and the cucumbers as well, it was a little disappointing, otherwise I'd say check this place out! fabulous food and probably the best customer service I've had in year's

Never any adults in the resturant working when I'm there. Counter looks dirty, employees look a little unkept and sloppy. Smells a little weird in resturant. Help handed me my to go box with huge grease handprint on box,little gross, disapointing

My friend and I stopped in for supper on December 21st and waited for about 10 or 15 minutes to order. Two Male employees were in the back chatting with each other....one made eye contact with me but continued to talk to his coworker and made absolutely no effort to come take our order so we left. Very frustrated and disappointed with the experience and disregard that was shown to us.....very rude and unprofessional.

Solos Pizza has been a favorite place to stop for Pizza for years for me. The service and the quality has been declining significantly. My past 3 visits have been unsatisfactory. During a busy lunch hour on Friday, Dec 6 1:00 Plymouth this week, my pizza was cold. Did they speed up the oven to accommodate the rush? As I am familiar with their menu and typically order the same thing, I am familiar with the cost of my order. The cashier overcharged me (I think adding 4 ingredients to a 3 ingredient 7" Pizza). I had cash and I questioned the total. I walked away and when I turned around and asked to see my receipt, he said he had thrown it away. Did he even ring it up? The last 2 visits they were out of skim mozzarella cheese. Were they really or were they just to busy to fill the bin? One of the things I loved about Solos is the under 450 calorie options for Pizza.

Never had eaten here before. Stoped by here after my daughter's Championship Basketball win with the team. It was fast, good pizza and a good option rather than sitting down, ordering and the chaos of paying the check. Definitely will go back with the team or even for a quick bite!

Wow has solos gone downhill since new management! I used to love this place, a great atmosphere, friendly employees, good food (for decent prices) but so much has changed in this last year. The teen employees seem to not know what they are doing, and I feel like an inconvenience to their lives as I try and order my pizza. Their weekend is not more important than my empty stomach. Management- please have a talk with your employees about professionalism in the workplace. It’s time to start learning some adult skills in this adult world.And I thought the old management was bad..... Isn’t it about time you fix your ice cream machine?I’m sorry to say it but I don’t think I can eat here anymore.

I came into this location Monday night, one person was in front of me. Took about 10 min for me to even get acknowledged. There was a young men working on the lady in front of me order and then another guy came on line and I believe he was making a to go order. Anywho I should of been acknowledged but I wasn’t. So I waited. I was probably there for over 20 minutes very unprofessional, pizza should not take that long.
