Thanks for the "hot chocolate with kid's temperature " my daughter was very excited to burn her tongue on hot steaming plain milk instead with no hot chocolate to be found in the cup !

Horrible service. Ordered a caramel machiatto and got something with cinnamon. They remade it but gave me a tall (small) instead of the size grande (medium) that I paid for. They offered to make me another one, but after waiting for well over 15 minutes for my drink, I asked for a refund. The cashier said she could not give me a refund and that I would have to call starbucks customer service. I left without a coffee and without a refund.

I came to this Starbucks 15 min before close or a little bit more. There was a family of 3 who already got rung up and the drinks were being made for them. There was one gentlemen in front of me and I behind him. I stood in line for 15 min. The lady moved so slow it’s unbelievable. I think she really did not want to work and hopes people would leave because of the wait. She took her time doing everything from rinsing cups, wiping the tables, to looking for stuff. The way she moved it’s as if she was not getting paid and we owed her major respect for doing her job though no one was rude to her. I have good work ethics. You can be lazy at home..

Went into target and ordered Starbucks on my way out. I drank a little and realized there way TWO FLYS in my drink. It was so disgusting! I throw away my daughters drink and food as well as my drink! I’m never buying from there again!!

drive thru is the worst. gave me a cold coffee when I ordered a hot coffee and made it look like it was a hot coffee. When I asked about it to their manager, they hung up on me.

I ordered a grande Guava Passionfruit drink and my stomach is horribly upset. I am lactose intolerant and I am having all the pains like I just had some dairy. This all happened after I got my drink. I was so excited to have this drink but I couldn't even drink most of it. I'm not sure if regular milk was used instead of the coconut milk but this drink really upset and hurt my stomach. I have had this drink many times before and never had this issue. I can't believe I wasted my time and money on something I can't finish drinking. 😠

Absolutely horrible service. Two girls were working tonight but only one was actually working. I believe Natalie was the one that was working. I couldn’t quite get the other girls name but I know it started with a G. Walked by me 3 times and don’t say anything. She actually ignored me a couple of times. Might be best just to keep her in the back and pay her less. My daughters drink was made way too strong but I can’t blame Natalie, the other girl was talking her ear off.

The service was extremely slow, several workers just standing around. No one working at a remotely fast pace. I was shocked at how slow they were. I had ask someone to finish my drink that was just sitting there because I was going to be late for work. Never stopping there again.
