I come To this Starbucks every day and every time I come, they make my drink wrong today. I went there, and the actual manager was at the register she came back and my drink was made completely wrong. I tried telling her how it was supposed to be made I get it every single day and she tried arguing with me telling me no that’s not how it’s made and if I want it made like that it’s gonna be an additional three dollars for literally not even a tablespoon more of almond milk. She was very rude. Very annoying. Trying to tell me how my drink is supposed to be made as it’s a custom drink and telling me that no I’m wrong. That’s not how I drink is supposed to be made and if I’m gonna make it like that it’s gonna be an additional three dollars when I literally get this drink every single day horrible experience clearly they need some new team members and management. There’s a lot of bad reviews about this place every time I come here my drink is effed up and this is just a cherry on top. My drink wasn’t made correctly still even after she made me pay an additional three dollarsvery upset and whoever this manager is needs to be replaced and I will be calling corporate.

Very slow service and told me my order was not there until I showed them the order on the app. Also, it took 20 minutes to get my sandwich.

It took over 8 minutes to get a chai once I was at the window. Three employees cleaning, one handling drinks and the window. Not friendly, just like the last visit. Prices went up, again, but the service and speed went down.

This Starbucks really needs to get there $#@! together. I pay 23.93 for two of my coffees which is bad enough they charge so much, but to charge that much and make my drinks wrong it should be remade right. Yup ok so I call talk to BRIE she's was so nice over the phone saying she would remake my drinks just come on back in and let someone know you talked to BRIE! Thanks so much BRIE I appreciate that so much. I get there tell the old lady at the register what happened she asks me my name I tell her Katie then she yells over to BRIE and asks her. Guess she doesn't remember telling me she would remake my drinks I spent 23.93 that you made wrong. If you go here make sure you try your drinks before you leave because they have serious amnesia at this store and the old lady at the register is rude as hell. THANKS BRIE I APPRECIATE THE REMAKES!

Horrific service. Went to use a coupon that clearly stated ā€œhave your baristaā€ apply- couldn’t even do that. Order venti drinks- all came out grande after she deleted the order to re do it to trigger the coupon. After waiting over 10 minutes and couldn’t even get the right size. So disappointing

I frequent this starbucks several times a week and usually am happy with my drinks, but recently they have been subpar at best. I usually get a venti shaken espresso with
2 extra shots and have been receiving drinks barely filled to the 3rd line of the cup and the remaining 1/3 of the cup is pure foam. I have had this drink remade 4+ times in the last few weeks and it only happens with specific baristas. See the first photo shows the venti classic shaken espresso on left and venti brown sugar oatmilk on the right with no issue. The second photo from last week- shows original and the right is a remake. Neither have had a sip drank. Not sure why there is such a discrepancy between two drinks that are almost identical with different milk and syrups.

Today, I had to ask them to remake it when I saw the drink was the exact same with the foam and asked them to shake only the syrup and espresso together and then pour the milk so I actually got the $8 drink & 6 shots of espresso I paid for. On a positive note, I do want to shout out Thomas- he has been absolutely wonderful in helping remedy this situation several times and made the experience significantly better.

Please fix this issue as it holds up the drive thru line and is very inconvenient to have to come back for a remake and not get what I paid for in the first place.

Brought my girls soccer team to this Starbucks location to celebrate the end of their season. The employees on staff did an amazing job fulfilling all of our orders as quick as possible, while serving other customers. Thank you for making my soccer team’s special outing memorable!

I love this Starbucks! Featuring big windows, fun shaped cushy orange chairs, pleasant music, fast service, and customers who always seem to be reading, this location really stands out. Their drink quality has never disappointed. They even spelled my name right!
