The service was what you'd expect from a Starbucks but I will say they have a great sense of humor at this location. Anytime you leave a place smiling and laughing you know you'll go back.

I ordered a pink drink this morning on my way to work. When I got to my desk, I found a bug in the lid of my drink. That is gross. That drink went in the trash. The employees need to check their containers!

This is my favorite Starbucks location. The employees are cheerful and greet me in the morning when I pick up my mobile order and frequently write messages on cups - great way to start the day! Dylan was there today and I've had delightful interactions with them every time.

The one person they sometimes have at the window in am is not friendly at all, she shouldn't be there. She doesn't even talk to you. I will be going to the Starbucks in Golden Valley more, they are way friendlier.

I come To this Starbucks every day and every time I come, they make my drink wrong today. I went there, and the actual manager was at the register she came back and my drink was made completely wrong. I tried telling her how it was supposed to be made I get it every single day and she tried arguing with me telling me no that’s not how it’s made and if I want it made like that it’s gonna be an additional three dollars for literally not even a tablespoon more of almond milk. She was very rude. Very annoying. Trying to tell me how my drink is supposed to be made as it’s a custom drink and telling me that no I’m wrong. That’s not how I drink is supposed to be made and if I’m gonna make it like that it’s gonna be an additional three dollars when I literally get this drink every single day horrible experience clearly they need some new team members and management. There’s a lot of bad reviews about this place every time I come here my drink is effed up and this is just a cherry on top. My drink wasn’t made correctly still even after she made me pay an additional three dollarsvery upset and whoever this manager is needs to be replaced and I will be calling corporate.

Very slow service and told me my order was not there until I showed them the order on the app. Also, it took 20 minutes to get my sandwich.

It took over 8 minutes to get a chai once I was at the window. Three employees cleaning, one handling drinks and the window. Not friendly, just like the last visit. Prices went up, again, but the service and speed went down.
