Leah was incredibly rude and displayed terrible customer service to me. I will not be coming back to Starbucks again for many reasons, but she was shockingly rude. I do not recommend ordering from here based on Leah alone.

Absolutely horrific experience. Don’t waste your time coming here!! There were 5 cars in the drive through so I went inside where there were there was no line. I ordered an Americano (water + espresso shots). I waited 10 minutes, watched 10 cars go through the drive through, and watch them pump out drink after drink, but no Americano. I asked if they had one coming up and they said no. I waited another 5 minutes before I finally gave up and asked for a refund. They were able to give me a refund more quickly than they could brew me a couple shots of espresso. I was a barista for 5 years and I’ve never seen such a hot mess. Seven employees behind the counter and they couldn’t do one basic drink in 10+ minutes. Never again will I waste my time

I ordered a pink drink this morning on my way to work. When I got to my desk, I found a bug in the lid of my drink. That is gross. That drink went in the trash. The employees need to check their containers!

This is my favorite Starbucks location. The employees are cheerful and greet me in the morning when I pick up my mobile order and frequently write messages on cups - great way to start the day! Dylan was there today and I've had delightful interactions with them every time.
