This is my favorite Starbucks location. The employees are cheerful and greet me in the morning when I pick up my mobile order and frequently write messages on cups - great way to start the day! Dylan was there today and I've had delightful interactions with them every time.
The one person they sometimes have at the window in am is not friendly at all, she shouldn't be there. She doesn't even talk to you. I will be going to the Starbucks in Golden Valley more, they are way friendlier.
I frequent this starbucks several times a week and usually am happy with my drinks, but recently they have been subpar at best. I usually get a venti shaken espresso with
2 extra shots and have been receiving drinks barely filled to the 3rd line of the cup and the remaining 1/3 of the cup is pure foam. I have had this drink remade 4+ times in the last few weeks and it only happens with specific baristas. See the first photo shows the venti classic shaken espresso on left...
