I am writing to report a very disappointing experience at one of your drive-thru locations.
1. I was not given a cash receipt because the store stated they were out of receipt paper. 2. I waited at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru with only two cars ahead of me. 3. Both the tall and grande cappuccinos were not filled to the top. 4. The drive-thru employee handed me the drinks in a cup holder, but one of the cappuccinos spilled all over me and inside my car, which was extremely upsetting and a safety concern. But he was nice enough to hand me napkins to help me clean some of the coffee inside. 5. I then had to wait an additional 10–15 minutes for replacement drinks. While I appreciate that the drinks were remade, they again were not filled all the way.
This experience fell far below the level of service and quality I expect from Starbucks. The long wait time, improperly prepared drinks, and the spill inside my car made this visit especially frustrating.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I would appreciate a response regarding how this will be handled.

All my drinks here have been good. Don’t be surprised if the workers stare at you for a few minutes before they eventually great you & ask if you want to order. Nice people tho

I asked for a matcha light ice, I even got it in the sticker, but the filled the ice almost up to the top not a good service at all.

To the middle aged gentleman working this morning on 11/30/25...I was in my first car accident this morning and was still in shock..You appeared to be bored when I was telling you what happened to me and frankly rude. No ounce of human compassion as we enter the Holiday season. Your excuses are worthless. I'd rather get coffee in a crime ridden area than ever go to any starbucks.

Everything is really good here, just can’t make my drink right. Bike here all the time with friends and they never add berries to my cold foam pink drink. All good, delicious and nice staff.

Starbucks does a great job of producing a constant product at any location across the country. This location is no exception. My only complaint is how loud the music is...I didn't even hear my order when it was ready.
Drinks are expensive but so, so good. Some of the best hot chocolate and the pink drink is incredible.

I asked for a drink and the barista kept ringing it up incorrectly. When I got my drink it was the wrong size and all sticky on the outside! Beware of the rude staff

I really like this location of Starbucks. It has really well lit and has a lot of seating for how small the building is. My drinks always taste great and they have fast service, which is very important to me. They have a nice selection of Starbucks tumblers for you to buy. The staff is also very nice and the building is clean inside.
