Ordered from the app. Got home and sandwich didn’t have any of the sauces on it, hate a dry sandwich. Contacted Subway and received a response from the manager that he would be sending me a certificate to replace the bad footlong sub. Never received the certificate and he no longer responds to my emails nor does Subways corp email

Absolutely horrible experience I go there on my dinner break while working from home thinking I have a 30 minute break and I'll be just fine to go to Subway and get us sandwiches me and the family of 3. Nope you got to wait till they do their doordash order not just one not just two but I witnessed the employee fulfill three different receipts of orders before we decided to walk out after standing there for 20 minutes no conversation no acknowledgement we were there. We will pass and will not be back. Go to Hy-Vee and get a cooked meal instead or taco Bell or papa Murphy's. Just horrible!

I come to this subway almost every night because it’s the closest one to my job and there’s typically a Short Mexican lady working she’s always got a attitude and rude I can barely understand her and the store will be dirty and she is slow when making my sandwich but the last couple nights I’ve went there’s been two new employees they are much faster nicer and welcoming the store also seemed way cleaner and better taken care of props to them hopefully I won’t see the other lady again

I visited this location on June 18th a Mexican lady helped me she was very disrespectful to another employee as well as me then didn’t Change her gloves when I requested she did so I asked the other employee to help me and he was wonderful
Placed an order with add-on’s and paid $.99 for avocado. There was no ad on’s or avocado added to the sandwich. Tried reaching them multiple times , no response.

I would give this location 1 star due to ownership. Whether it’s a franchisee, or a corporate location. However the ONE employee on staff last night (4/23) worked her tail off. That’s the only reason for 2 stars. She should be a manager after last night. Had to wait 27 minutes past the app quote time for my two subs. That was due to poor staffing. One worker should never be expected to run the place. The greed from ownership will sink this location. Do better.

Web site says they are open at 0900 on Saturday, door placqer says open at 1000 on Saturday, I decided to wait before going to HyVee across the parking lot, when 0850 an employee came to open up. I tried the door at 0855 was walking back to my truck when the employee came to the door and advised me the didn't open till 1000. I made her aware the the web site says they are open at 0900 on Saturdays, she was sorry but not opening till 1000. Well off to HyVee for me, they lose.
