I went today to this subway with my two grandchildren - 9 and 6.
Not only was the women who made our sandwich extremely rude, muttering to herself and then yelling out at us. Not sure if there is something wrong with her. But then, the man that was working there - put on rap music TOTALLY unappropriate for children. I asked him to turn it off please, since there were children (not just my grandkids) to which he answered - they are just kids - they dont understand anything.
The women in line - just left with her kids, not even ordering.
I used to come here all the time with my grandkids - I can honestly say, will not be going back to this one. It is a family establishment - and today, it was just a bad experience.

I had two people that wanted to get Jimmy Johns and two from Subway. so i ordered both from home and left. Based on the construction, it made sense to go to Jimmy Johns first, as they are always on time, and then go to Subway.

The Subway Subs had a pickup time at 6:55pm. I got there at 7:10pm. (Thank you Construction Detours) Anyway, there were no orders ready in the pickup and then I asked the person working there. She said that my order didn't exist. She then said she will squeeze in my order between other orders. I asked her if i could be right after the one she was finishing as i had other subs in the car and was supposed to pick my order up at 6:55. She repeated, "ill squeeze you in between other orders." i saw two more receipts come through and she did even those first.

I have come to realization Subway no longer cares of quality nor customer service.

I composed myself and let her do what she was doing. Finally got out of there at 7:55pm.

This is my life's last Subway visit. Thank you

The lady that made my sandwich not only rolled her eyes at me the moment I walked in, but also muttered about having customers. Now I understand being in customer service being a 21 year old that's only been in the food industry, but that was utterly ridiculous. She made my sandwich like she couldn't give less of a shit. I had to ask for cheese to be on the whole thing. I even got vegetables I didn't want from them already being mixed together in the containers. The best part? When I was waiting for cheese to be put on my Whole sandwich she yelled "do you want it toasted" after I didn't answer the first time. I don't know who this woman is in this chain and I couldnt care less. How she treated me and the man before me, she shouldn't be working in customer service. Or better yet, get her to check her emotions at the freaking door.

Just got a sub, the new gentleman who just got hired was very friendly and professional. The person training him was not. She was rude to me (she realized what she did so she apologized but then was rude again). Also she didn't put a sticker on my subs, it is messy and sauce leaking, (I had to tell her to put them on) you see in this picture (have not took a bite yet!). Part of the reason why it is so messy as well is because she cut most of the sub but unfortunately ripped the rest off. The trainer also told the gentleman not to use the scoop to scoop out the tuna because she "doesn't feel like cleaning them" (it was about 20 min to closing). How can you ensure I have the correct amount if you don't use the scoop?

I strongly advise against even stepping foot in this store! I am a former employee and this store is terrible. The manager, David is rude and a danger to customers and employees. David believes it’s okay to put out of date food on the line to serve to customers as long as he puts a new sticker on it! He also believes it’s okay to tell his employees he can “blow our heads off” with something he carry’s around is ankle! This store is not clean! There are ANTS behind the line because nobody thinks they need to clean. There is MOLD in the bread cabinet that is then served to customers! If you order to early in the morning David gets upset and gives you a sandwich that you can’t even eat! I have taken the steps to report these things but nothing has been done. If you go in and decide to get more than 4 footlongs you will be told that if it’s rang up as a catering order it’s cheaper but be careful because sometimes it’s not and you’re getting ripped off! Morning shift employees aren’t required to do dishes or prep and they will leave them for the employees that come in later. Many health violations are in this store and I would be very careful with what you choose to eat! David is a danger to the employees and customers!

2.2.24 Made an online order. Came into the store in 40 minutes to pickup my otder but it wa not ready. I had stay in the line extra 20 minutes to get my sandwich done. So disappointed!

The guy was by himself on Sunday and he had orders coming in online, there was a lady before me who ordered a bunch of meals, my son and I were very impressed with the quickness of the orders he put out. PLUS even though he was getting smothered and wAs alone, he had the best customer service. He was amazing to talk to and great attitude, all while he just kept busting out those sandwiches. Great Job Sunday Lunch Guy!!

Bread was way under cooked with even having it toasted. The lettuce was horrible in appearance and limp. Tomato were ripe. Didn’t get a receipt, left message for manager. We shall see.
