Giving a very poor review. I eat at many different ones and I have to say that this was the worst. It is all in the details and they didnt have any of it. Will I go back - i will have to be very desperate.

Customer service sucks rude workers male and female who has her 2 school age kids in while she’s working! She had to walk away from behind the counter to tend to her kids, while customers were waiting!!Just rude! Placed an online order and waited over 30 minutes in the store parking lot. No meatballs and don’t tell the customer and the app tells you your order is ready! And a man who said he had an interview with the manager Jerry wasn’t even available for this interview. The man told me to stop with my complaining I said why when you have me standing around waiting for food that clearly say ready! And look I paid for extra meatballs and clearly it’s say 50% more meat and just 1 extra meatball!!!

The man behind the counter cancelled my order that I put in at 8:15PM. Told me they ran out of meatballs, but refused to make another sandwich, it’s currently 8:30PM.

Nothing like ordering after the person in front of you orders a tuna fish salad sandwich.. so gross.. I just left.. they don't even change there gloves

Normally I don't write reviews but I'm in awe of how bad they messed up. Online order, ALL 3 sandwiches were wrong. They put half the toppings from one sandwich onto one and half from that on the other. So i got two mix and matched sandwiches. Both with additional sauces and toppings that were not asked for. The 3rd sandwich was supposed to be flat bread but they decided it needed to be wheat. Normally I wouldn't mind if it was a topping missing or something but this was just pure negligence. I would be willing to bet the person realized their mistake at a certain point but didn't care.

We were on our way out of town and stopped in. Most subway's I go to the artists are grumpy or don't seem happy to be there. This was not the case! We were greeted by a nice lady, and she was polite and kind the entire time. Not to mention the sub was amazing! Can't go wrong with the teriyaki chicken!!
