Iman was a sandwich artist! Made two delicious sandwiches for my daughters, quickly, correctly and was friendly. Felt super welcome and comfortable as everything was clean and fresh. I just ordered on the app. The two sandwiches I ordered were wrong. They had the default items in the sandwiches but I had customized each one and neither had all of the right items added or removed. Will not be going back.

We got here 30 minutes before they close and the guy there kicked us out of there and told us that they are closed. he told us we had to leave and there was only one person in front of me and no one behind me. this would have been the first time but it will also be the last time.

He told me that this subway will closed 2pm. When I asked him if I can eat in.But it was not closed more than 20 minutes after 2pm he told me.It is not fair to treat customer like this.

Convenient location close to home. My daughter likes the online orders so she can get points and offers. She likes their salads because of her dietary restrictions. I think it has become less affordable for just a sandwich and chips.Staff is always very polite and the order is behind the counter so you need to ask for it.Dining-in is a little tight. The tables are across from the counter, so you end up facing the customers backs while they are ordering.Plenty of parking and you can access it from CR 6 or from CR 101 through the CVS parking lot.It gets busier during lunch time.

So I feel bad writing such a review, but I just want something to change because it used to be good. The current worker like a previous reviewer said seems "out of it"The bread is dry and seems like it's been sitting out for awhile, Capitola was advertised so I thought "great! I love Capitola" it had a greenish tint and looked disgusting, service is slow. It's just an overall horrible experience and one of the worst subways I have ever been to. They need to get rid of all the workers and hire new.

I look up the hours and it says it's open till 9 PM I get there at 8:30 and it's closed seriously angry
Terrible. Showed up at 7:45 and was told they were only doing online orders until close.
I don't typically eat here because my budget but it's a pretty good option if you're looking for a quick bite to eat that's fully customizable.
This Subway is very slow. The one worker seemed completely out of it. Won't be back during lunchtime until something changes.
