Don’t eat here. The waiter has very poor hygiene and is extremely rude to customers.
They serve tap water directly to customers instead of filtered drinking water. It’s very unsanitary. They often recycle leftover food from the buffet and serve it to customers again later!

Very oily food.

Veg potstickers were not good taste.
House special chicken was tasteless.
Tofu kung pao was better.

I used to like their food before but quality has come down now.

I'm not sure why they refused to give me a refund tonight when I canceled my order. They said they didn't know how and couldn't complete the refund in cash or back on my card.

Here is how to give a refund on clover. If i can't get my money back for a cancelation of an order then it's seemingly a theft issue.

To refund on a Clover machine, open the Transactions or Refund app, find the specific order or enter the amount, and follow the prompts to select the original payment method (card, cash, etc.) for the customer to tap, insert, or swipe, completing the refund process. You'll often need to choose between refunding the entire order or specific items, and a receipt option usually appears at the end. Open Transactions: On your Clover device, tap the Transactions app.
Find Order: Locate the transaction you want to refund (you can search by transaction ID) and tap on it.
Select Refund: Tap the Refund button (or Refund $XX).
Confirm: Choose to refund the full amount or specific items, then tap Confirm Refund.
Process Payment: Have the customer use their card (tap, insert, swipe) or select a different method like cash or gift card.

We ordered the Kung Pao Chicken, Crispy Honey Shrimp, General Taos Chicken and Shrimp Fried Rice. All was great, Particularly the smokey flavor in the fried rice. Only disappointment was no fortune cookies were included with our 4 entrees

Unless the buffet has changed since before Covid, this is the best Chinese food restaurant I have ever been to. The food/flavor is excellent!!!

I used to come here as a child with my family, usually when I go back to places years later the quality has slipped. Not here. We came in during the snow storm and got Sandy as our waitress. She was wonderful, the food was wonderful. We ordered way too much and will be back to do it again soon.

Didn't even have a chance to try to food. We were ignored from the moment we walked in the door. I asked an employee how we could get a table, I was told that someone would be with me, I asked who and he walked away from me.

We came here for their buffet lunch. It is a small offering of what is mostly a similar sampling to other Asian buffets, although their fish was very well-seasoned and was very tasty. I'd like to come back here and try their special dim sum and see howbthat compares to other places in the Metro. The lunch buffet is just ok.

BEWARE! The food here is average at best. But it is the most expensive Chinese Restaurant in the area. If you look at the menu prices on their website or look at the menu in store and think it's expensive, hold on to your hat... when paying, they try to charge you more than the listed price. To the tune of $1 to $4 MORE than the price on the menu for each item. Wouldn't this be considered FALSE ADVERTISING? Oh, and BTW... don't use the bathroom. Just go next door.

For almost three decades (and counting), the Teahouse has been our family's favorite Chinese restaurant. Dine in or take out, it simply is superb. Nice people, great food... what more can you ask?
