This toppers is the best around! The staff are possibly the chillest folks I’ve met in quite a while. It’s under new management and is a good place now the toppers you once knew is gone! All these other people in the reviews are liars and have no integrity! They have been paid off by Toppers competitors and none of their pictures or statements reflect the facts. That this Toppers is fantastic and the top of the pizza industry.

We placed a delivery order in advance for a large kids birthday party for Saturday afternoon -- it never showed up!! All calls were transferred to a general call center (not located in Plymouth), and they were very clueless. We were able to confirm our order with the actual staff at the store ahead of time. On the day of delivery, we called the call center a they assured us it would arrive on schedule. It did not, and out of desperation I drove to the location -- it was locked and the lights were closed!The pizza is bad, but more importantly never count on them for delivery. We had 34 hungry guests because this place is incompetent and dishonest.

I ordered delivery from this place (pizza and breadsticks) and when I received it, there was a dead spider on the pizza and the breadsticks smelled like diarrhea. I called to complain and the person on the phone cursed at me and called me a "cracker". Obviously, I'm never returning. Great experience, Toppers! You're knocking it out of the park!

Tried to get toppers for a kids birthday party. Did "order ahead" and got confirmation of my ordered. Showed up to the store and it was closed. By the time I got ahold of their online ordering the birthday party was 10 minutes from starting. Online order worker said the store decided to stay closed that day but didn't notify any orders already accepted and that I'd have to talk to someone from the store. I've tried contacting the store since with no response. Safe to say we won't be back and would advise against ordering if you have time sensitive plans.

The best pizza ever! We got the Mac and Cheese pizza, highly recommend. Sadly the are a little understaffed, so a little slow, but give them a break. So worth the wait!
I usually love this place but lately the quality has been getting really bad.Just today I'm certain I was given some old topperstix that someone ordered and never picked up. They were hard, dried up, and had that leftover texture to them like they'd been sitting out for too long. The girl was basically laughing as I took the boxes from her... I can see why now.Y'all are making it really hard to want to come back despite it being one of the only Toppers around.

Friendly staff. My pizza wasn’t ready when I got there but they came outside to let me know. I get the vegan cheese option when we go here and I seek out Toppers for that reason- no other large chains have dairy free cheese. For someone who can’t have dairy it is so great!

Nice that they have a dedicated "plant-powered" section of their menu. Not sure what kind of vegan cheese they use, but it melts nicely! Dependable vegan pizza for when you're craving a heavy (not necessarily healthy) option. More of a grab and go, or order ahead via app than eat-in vibe.

If I could give zero stars I would. The "owners" Jim and Suzanne tried to trick me into quitting because I witnessed horrific mismanagement of other employees. Order from ANYWHERE else, they do not care about food safety or otherwise. Currently reporting this franchise to ANY agency I can so that they cannot continue this disgusting treatment of employees.
