Porterhouse was an excellent place to celebrate my son's birthday. The food and service were outstanding! 10/10!!

The steak and lobster we had was excellent and the service was superb. A really first class dining experience. We will definitely be back!

I made a reservation to celebrate my Grandmother's 88th birthday. Traffic was terrible, so I called and asked Porterhouse to reschedule our time by half an hour. They were great and made the evening less stressful. Our waitress was great, my Grandmother was grateful, and the food was excellent. I will go back when an opportunity presents itself.

Classic steakhouse - great food, great atmosphere, great service. Have been going to the Porterhouse in Little Canada for years. The quality in all aspects of this steakhouse continues to be great.

NY Strip was tough. Manager had new one made. New steak was better. Comped the carrot cake dessert and it was delicious. Very good service. Relaxed atmosphere.

Easy to make on-line reservations. Comfortable "supper club" atmosphere. Friendly and attentive servers. Salmon and walleye very good. Pricey.

We have been here many times in the past and have always had a good food and experience, but this one was very bad. Martini came out very dirty after informing server not too much olive juice. This info obviously did not get to the bar tender and had to be sent back. Med-rare filet came out close to well done, server agreed, sent it back. New one came back very rare, sent it back, came back still rare. Pork tenerloin was raw in the middle, roughly 1/2 diameter. By this time the manager had not visited us, nor at all, only the server, with minimal effort to try and make things right. Very dissappointed.

My wife and I had dinner last Thursday evening arriving at 6pm for the reservation. Our experience was just OK, not the usual high level of service and food we've had in many past visits. Our server may have had a lot of tables or other duties that night as we found ourselves looking for her several times during the meal. My wife had to send back a fillet that was overdone but to their credit a new one arrived quickly. The rest of the meal was great as always so while not a stellar experience, maybe just an off night for the restaurant. This won't prevent us from returning in the future though.

We went for our anniversary. There was a drunk table of 6 who were very loud, they should have been asked to quiet down a little so others could enjoy their dinners. Several of other diners all made eye contact and turned to look at the loud people more than once. They became more obnoxious and louder as the evening went on and kept being served more martinis. The scary part is these people were going to be on the road driving after their celebration. We never saw the manager who was on duty. We also had to send our steaks back as they were more raw than rare and we ordered medium rare. They recooked them and dropped them at the table. No apologies. This place could learn a lesson from Mancini's on how to treat and take care of your customers with class.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Was in Minneapolis on business and the restaurant was recommended to me, worth the drive. It's old world, old skool ambience was great. Sarah our server was simply delightful and incredibly attentive. The service was spot on and very fast. We ordered the porterhouse - I would highly recommend this cut of meat at this restaurant. It was cooked perfectly, very large, and the one of the best tasting steaks I've ever had. The crust that the chef puts on the steak was amazing. And let me tell you about the wine selection. Wow. It's not the most extensive list by any means, something for everyone, but the prices were incredibly affordable and reasonable. To find a 94 point Willamette Pinot for under $100 at a restaurant (Domaine Serene) is unheard of. I don't write reviews but I could not leave this great city and this really wonderful restaurant without telling them and anyone who reads this, don't miss Porterhouse if you're in town. You will not be disappointed. Bravo to the Porterhouse team. 👏👏👏

Always a great time with great food! 5 stars. The chocolate torte was an amazing treat for dessert.

This was our first time at Porterhouse even though we have driven by multiple times and have heard so many good things. We were NOT disappointed. Our server was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the specials and explained everything very well. We were impressed to see that the entire wait staff helped each other out. Not one person was standing around doing nothing. Portion sizes are large so bring your appetite, but definitely worth the price. The food was amazing!! We will definitely be back. The wait staff is professionally dressed.
