Service is near the worst. Second time in the last 3 weeks. Been here for an hour and fourteen minutes and no food and no refills. Why do we continue to support local businesses? Excuses and excuses.

We visited over the weekend, simply ordered one drink a piece and the combo appetizer platter. While it did seem fairly busy, when our platter arrived, things didn't look so good. It was obvious that we received crumbs from the bottom of the bag instead of actual food items. In fact, there was something that we at first thought was a full chicken tender (which shouldn't have been on the platter anyway, but there were other fried foods on our platter that weren't supposed to be there either, we assumed because you ran out of what we were actually ordered 🤷🏻♀️), however when it was broken apart, it was all just nasty cakey breading. When we brought this up to our server, she asked us what WE THOUGHT it could be. LOL. Nothing was done. Now, we were just coming through town and stopped in on the recommendation of another local...I normally don't leave reviews or complain much. I just thought if others want an honest opinion of someone who is not a local... well, here's mine. Disappointed, most definitely.

Absolute terrible customer service. Little girls behind the bar want to argue with you rather than do their job as a server. Won’t replace your meal/drink even when it is far below standards lol. Would not recommend and will not be back as a local. Watch out for this place.

Didn't get the 2 appetizers we ordered, beer wasn't what we asked for either. Disappointed this go around.

My main problem is primarily because of their ribs. While the service was nice and food was good, we were given them the option of a full rack and a half rack. We asked for a half-rack and were given a small piece of ribs with two bones(Half racks mean 6-8 bones, a full would be double that amount since a full would be a whole rib from the animal it came from.) Which means the ribs (Which costed around 11$) were way below the amount that it was supposed to be. When we mentioned this they just told us "yeah there a bit on the small side."
