Had dinner yesterday, cheese curds where good. Steaks we're cooked right, just no flavor, that's why anyone who ordered had Hinez 57 or A1. Beans and mushrooms had to of come from a can. Ceaser Salad was not tossed and the chicken wild rice soup had no flavor and should be more like a chicken soup with rice. Our server was nice but was not attentive. We are visiting Lanesboro and figured we would adventure out a little. Place is cute, food has potential, almost all the food we had lacked flavor.

The food was good, but I felt the service was slow. Our drinks were empty for 20 minutes before the waitress asked us for another round. We understand the restaurant is looking for help, which may explain the slow service. We will stop again, so don't let the slow service deter you.

I would not go back. Sadly, we were excited for a supper club vibe near Lanesboro. My NY Strip special was over done and tasteless. My BF got the walleye. I have never tasted any walleye that fishy!!! Yuck! Also why was the bread basket a bunch of over toasted garlic toast? It was like thin croutons... And just zero ambience with views of the pop dispenser and dirty dishes.

What a great stop on our road trip home from Iowa. We were in the mood for a nice dinner instead of fast food and this place did not disappoint! We had fast and friendly service and food was delicious! We shared the fried mushrooms for an appetizer and got the half order since it was just the two of us, and there were still plenty of them! We enjoyed the dinner the dinner salad, they were different than most places with pickled onions and cranberries in a mixed green blend. The salad dressings were all very delicious, and both of our meals were top-notch. My husband got the scallops broiled, his side was the au gratin potatoes and I got the fried shrimp with a baked potato. We would definitely recommend this Supper Club and we would stop again!

The roasted Brussels sprouts are the best I have ever had including my mom's Brussels sprouts. I could go to the Branding Iron and just order the Brussels sprouts. I also enjoy all the other entrees I have tried. I have never been to a restaurant and order the wrong adult drink and the server graciously replaces it with the drink I wanted. Wow! The decor has not changed since my first visit in the 70's. It is very comfortable. The views are spectacular.

I can start with atmosphere- very warm and inviting. The dining room is large and spacious with plenty of room between tables. It’s not loud and chaotic. We were able to easily carry on a conversation at our table. Next up- service. Absolutely amazing. Pam was our waitress and she was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable about the different cuts of meat and offered advice when needed. We were never left waiting for her. The drinks were awesome!! Many restaurants struggle to make a good martini- the branding iron does not! The dirty martins were delicious and so was the espresso one. The espresso martini had no cream in it which surprised me at first but the I was amazed how smooth it was. Then a great little chocolate covered espresso bean treat at the bottom. Finally- the food!!!! Mmmmmmm. I had the New York strip medium rare. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned. It had just the right amount of seasoning that didn’t overpower the high quality meat. The salad and cheesy potatoes were equally tasty. This cozy supper club hidden in the hills is top notch. I can’t wait to go back!! Kudos to our waitress Pam. We’ll done

We were there for a company party and it was great. Had our own room, and the waiters were very friendly and great over 60 of us, and the food was great. Would highly recommend.

The service was great and half of the food was very good! Only reason the other half wasn't was because my chicken sandwich sat on the shelf for 10 minutes while the rest of my order was being cooked.

Nice staff and nice atmosphere, but food was lacking. We ordered the baseball cut sirloin steak medium rare witch was way over cooked. Then the cod we ordered was soggy.
