We went into the Store to order our drinks. The one who took our order was very friendly. Ordered a Cold brew with sugar free vanilla and a medium mocha.. waited awhile because it was busy. Got the one drink but not the 2nd. When I asked about the mocha they said oops must have missed and will make it now. When I got out into the car and on the road it turned out it was not a mocha. Plain coffee. Huge dissapointment and not able to turn around.

Been going here for at least 5 years. Normally great timing in the drive thru and great service and great drinks. The last 2 months have been crap. I have gotten drinks that were half full, not what I ordered and taking over 15 Mins per trip whether there'd cars in front of me or not. Today there was a redhead gal, didn't greet me when I pulled up, talked to her coworker most the time I waited and just handed me my stuff without saying anything like thank you or have a good day. Notta. I always tip well. Not today. Super annoyed with the last couple months of service. I love this place please step it back up. Yall used to kick butt. Now I go to Zimmerman.

I waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru on Saturday morning. No big deal- but when I got my drink the espresso tasted so bitter like it wasn’t mixed with something right away and sat out. I threw my drink out- and I am used to strong coffee. As a former barista it made me sad :( the service was good but I did not have time to ask for a new drink

Took 6 minutes for someone to get to the register and ask if someone had taken my order. There were many people working, I understand it’s busy, and saw management was having a hard time.

They got my drink wrong, I asked for clarification on if they did what I asked. They said they did, but I ended up waiting for over 20 minutes to even get the drink only to have my husband drink it because they messed it up.

The costumer service was slow and unorganized. I won’t be back to this location.

Management really needs to change.

I come to this coffee shop everyday almost for the 4yrs. Lately, my experiences have been horrible.
Yesterday, I walked in due to the drive thru line being extremely long. I stood there for 8mins without a greeting, without being helped nothing while there was 5 people working. I ended up leaving.

Last Wednesday, I walked in for a mobile order. I saw my drink, with my name on it that was made sitting on the counter. I had asked them if that was mine by chance and was told in a very rude tone “ it might be, but you will get it after everyone else that ordered in line gets theirs” I asked nicely again if I could please get my drink that’s sitting there melting after I had patiently waited 5mins and someone finally handed to me.

The week prior I was trying to use a reward I had on my app, a lady snapped at me and told me I can’t use it. It was an upgraded size reward.

To me it seems like the process/management is just not working for this location. Staff never really seems happy, there is always a grumpy lady who I assume is the manager, not really treating customers the best. The inside of this location looks like a bomb went off. Flys everywhere, coffee spilt everywhere. The condiment station is never stocked or clean.

I hope this location turns around.

This past year, I have been super disappointed in the Princeton location. My drink never tastes how it should, on top of spending $9 on a drink, you get mostly whipped cream. Over wasting my money at this location.
