I used to really like this place and came often as a repeat customer — but this last experience completely changed that.
I ordered an iced coffee and it was filled almost entirely with ice. Out of curiosity, we dumped it out to see how much actual coffee was in the cup — it wasn’t even half full, and it wasn’t mixed at all. When we brought it up to the staff, the manager told us it was “just policy,” and that she couldn’t do anything unless I bought another. She even said she was afraid of losing her job if she filled it any more than that — which is pretty concerning for something as simple as coffee.
I later called the shop to speak with a manager and was hung up on the moment I asked for one. That level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a place I’ve supported regularly.
It’s disappointing to see a business take advantage of customers like this, and even more disappointing to see staff put in a position where they’re scared to do the right thing.

Very rude workers. I ordered a drink with. Half flavor and it was still too sweet, so I politely asked to have it remade. The worker had such an attitude. Most coffee shops honor if something is wrong with your drink they want to fix it. She made sure to tell they would only remake it for me once and proceeded to throw things around and pout while she remade it. Go here if you want sub par expensive coffee drinks and horrible service.
Got a caramel macchiato that the barista recommended and it was sooo good!!

The woman in this photo was extremely rude to me and my friend. When I ordered there was no consumer service and she acted so annoyed. She then proceeded to tell customers on the headset to wait a few seconds, and then talk to this man who Looks like it’s her significant other. Not to mention the drink I get every time I’m here was crazy bitter. I went up and asked her if I could maybe have it remade and they said no and said I could buy another. I ended up getting another which is fine but crazy because I think it was the shot being burnt. I ordered the new drink and some food for dine in and they didn’t bring it up to me and just yelled for me to come get it. It was on a plate 😭. I’m not trying to be a Karen but the way this place is run is wild! I will not be coming back or going to a coffee corner again. I go to Anoka Ramsey and I always order there for drinks but I can’t support this crazy service. Not to mention the outfit was not professional and the man in the photo was there the whole day. When I went to leave he was parked next to me with his feet out the window. Idk, this place had bad vibes! Do not go here. whoever is running this place there are rules for a reason. This is crazy, if I ever went to another coffee shop and I had this experience, I would literally be in so much shock.

Friendly service. Cozy atmosphere. I ordered a specialty coffee and sandwich and loved it. If you haven't been there give it a shot, I know you will like it.

My daughter and I go to the Princeton location every Friday morning on the way to work/school! My daughter giggles when they already know our order and then we say our total to each other before they do:)
I've always loved this place and whenever I come home for a visit, I try and stop by. The coffee selection is second to none and they still choose to honour a late friend who used to frequent CC by keeping his coffee order on the menu; Ben's Jamaican Banana Cream. It's tasty and it reminds me of him. The food is delicious, the staff are wonderful at both the Princeton and Milaca locations, and I hope that everyone gives it a try and keeps going back.

Not the greatest experience. The service was slow and the coffee was unremarkable .

Nice nook of a place in Princeton. Surprisingly, a large menu. Solid service and some good food to boot. If you are looking off the beaten path of Caribou/Strbx- totally go here instead. Had banana bread scone and breakfast burrito. Recommended!

I'm honestly not exaggerating when I say the drink I had was the best version of it I've ever tasted. The roast that they have is phenomenal.

First and last time at this coffee shop today, my Irish cream latte was way too sweet, I asked them to add some more coffee to it, to which the girl replied they would have to charge me extra. Pretty bad when you mess up the coffee in the first place. Also not happy with CC fee, which I was not aware of until I paid. Next time I will go to Caribou.
My first experience there was yesterday, i had no idea what to get. The lady who helped me order at the drive threw was very patient and helpful, she gave me some recommendations, and i went with a caramel turtle latte, it was so so good!!I had gotten one for a friend as well, who also thought it was amazing. The prices are also reasonable, so i will most definitely be back !
