One bite of the brisket tacos was all I needed to know these guys know what they are doing. I worked at a place where we smoked a lot of meat. I got quite good and this is some of the best brisket I've tasted outside of home cooked or southern.

Steve catered our wedding this past weekend and knocked it out of the park! Everyone was raving about the food! It was a cold and rainy day and Steve brought his own tent to set up from our tent to his truck! He was so easy to work with and an all around great guy! Definitely suggest booking him for your events! The options he provided hit all our guests needs!

I was able to try the food at a festival in St.Michael. This food is heavenly. So much flavor, the smoke depth on the meat is incredible. I will definitely be following him around town , because this place is legit. Being a Texan myself, finding good bbq is hard up here in “flavorless Minnesota “ where hotdish is considered “gourmet cooking” . Thank you for bringing flavor locally! If y’all haven’t tried this place , do y’all self a favor and try it!
