One bite of the brisket tacos was all I needed to know these guys know what they are doing. I worked at a place where we smoked a lot of meat. I got quite good and this is some of the best brisket I've tasted outside of home cooked or southern.

Steve catered our wedding this past weekend and knocked it out of the park! Everyone was raving about the food! It was a cold and rainy day and Steve brought his own tent to set up from our tent to his truck! He was so easy to work with and an all around great guy!
