Slow service.
Shout out to the 'young crew' who stepped up while their peers were graduating last night 5/30. The place was incredibly busy, yet I received the best strawberry dipped cheesecake blizzard I have ever had!!

Last two times I have gone, two workers have been outside vaping in front of the entire drive thru line. Thought it was pretty disgusting.
Got 2 chicken baskets. All the chicken was disgusting, not warm. Fries were iced cold and stale.
Sad to spend money and eat nothing.
We ordered in the app and when we got there had to wait a long time. The girl working the register was great! She kept telling the people in the back the mobile order was here and they kept chatting and ignored her. When we got our food the fries were cold and soggy and the chicken had gross black stuff all over it like the fryer hadn’t been cleaned in forever.
It didnt look like the picture they had online but my banana split still taste good. Lol
Ordered 3 chicken strip baskets and all three had cold. hard, fries. No one could eat them. I expect the toast to be that way. It always is, but the fries?

My order was incorrect. When I asked for it to be fixed, the girl got an attitude so I just took what they had fixed and left with the rest. I also did curbside pickup. There is a sign that says "check in on phone". There isn't a place that I can find to do this throughout my email or the website so I downloaded the app hoping it would allow me to do it there. It did not. So I got to get my 2 year old and 9 year out of the car so I could bring them inside to get my food. Had I known of this issue, I would have ordered through the drive thru as they were definitely not bringing my food to me without my checking in. I waited 10 minutes past my pickup time to be sure and they had not started my food which means they probably wait until you get there. I also had to get my drinks and stuff myself which was awkward as its behind the counter a little bit but that's whatever, if thats how they do things, totally fine. This location is a constant issue which is why I rarely go here but my kid begged for it so I caved on this day. Cool. Not going to happen again for a very long time, if ever. It's worth the 15 minute drive to zimmerman.
Wondering why this dairy Queen always has the lights off around 8:30 8:45 when they're open till 10:00.

Order two blizzards at the drive. Was giving the total, thank the person which was followed by being told to kill myself. Told the worker at the window, and they just laughed. Absolutely ridiculous place.
I'm so sad this is my local DQ. They were fairly quick tonight, but the person making blizzards was very rude. I get being stressed, but don't be rude to customers. Oddly, you have to get your own food from the kitchen counter, I heard them say "Small Reeses Pieces," so did my daughter, I simply asked, is that "Reeses pieces cookie dough?" They snapped back, "That's what I just said". Those are different blizzards. It seems like that person needs a hug.

Very slow drove through
We ordered from here before and I thought that waiting an HOUR was just because it was busy. But today was even worse. We ordered ahead on the app 15 minutes ahead of time, but when we got there it still wasn’t ready, it took us 15 minutes before someone even approached us as the mobile order counter and they just asked us what our order was and waited another 10 minutes just to get 2 blizzards when we finally got it after 30 minutes or so for 2 SIMPLE blizzards, 3 female workers were in the back looking at us saying “where’s our thank you?” And laughed at us as we’re walking out as if I have to say thank you for forgetting our order, making us wait in line for 30-40 minutes. They don’t even call your name when they set up your food to grab.
The food is good but expect having to wait 40 minutes for a stupid cone you can get at for McDonald’s faster.
Please either close down or fix your management system for your workers.
