I absolutely love Domino's never had a problem until now. I was grocery shopping and ordered thinking that I could leave the grocery store and pick up my order on the way home. I ordered and it said 22 minutes for pickup. I get to the store and the tracker states that it still hasn't even been prepped. So I wait a few more minutes thinking okay I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Nothing no movement, I call in to the store and the lady that answers tells me that she is slammed and that my food hasn't been prepped yet. I say how long will it be she says probably at least an hour. She doesn't give me an option of canceling the order she doesn't apologize she just hung up on me. So I waited because my gift card had been taken and payment had already been taken. The tracker finally states that it's ready I go in to get it get it home and it's dry The cheese is cold let's just stay at the food wasn't good. I just can't believe that I wasn't even apologized too. The gift card I was given was due to exceptional communication with my customers. I can't believe I just got ripped off It's absolutely unfortunate that there are people out there that are working for companies that don't have a heart. This is absolutely unacceptable and it looks like I'll be taking a break from at least this Domino's for a while.

Where is my sauces Dominos? How am I supposed to eat these dry garlic knots with no sauce to wash it down... :( not even mentioning the garlic butter for my pregnant cravings which was the only reason I order pizza happens way too much here, do better ok?

We waited one and half hours and my pizza was still In "prep" so I called and they said I was the only order placed. But delivery was going to take two hours. Needless to say we canceled. :(

Not going to lie normally not the biggest fan. But Elk River didn't always, hardly ever, really never did they do a good job. You guys really came through. With everything closing early, the limited options in the first place even if everything's open, you guys blew me out of the water. At first I thought it was just cuz I was super hungry. Ultimately though -the quality, the timeliness and the kindness both the guy on the phone* and the super nice lady* who delivered. Top notch af all around.From the bottom of my stomach (and my heart), Thank you ?

To the crew members on the late Sunday night shift THANK YOU!! I had messed up by selecting carry out instead of delivery. Soo our food sat. Totally my fault, but they went the extra mile and remade our food! Absolutely amazing guys thank you!
