This is my first time ever coming to this location. While pulling in I was confused because I saw the window for the drive through but no menu board. (I wasn’t ordering I was just picking up my parents order). I just go straight to the window and I’m waiting patiently and the girl gives me the worst attitude and makes me feel so dumb because I didn’t see the menu board at the end of the parking lot that’s hidden by a tree when you pull in.

Good subs I almost always stop her on my way up to my sister's. She loves this place it's not my favorite place, but it's a solid spot to stop for a quick bite. Beats Subway that's for sure.

We tried this place out for the first time today and are thoroughly impressed. We have a large family with some picky eaters and they didn't mess up our sandwiches one bit(most places do). This place is a bit pricey and the sandwiches aren't huge, but we thought the sandwiches were decent. Family is fed and happy.

I ordered a cheesesteak and chicken quatro. The cheesesteak was warm at best with to much mayo. Just plain. The chicken quatro was just OK at best. This will be a no return.

I stopped in on a Tuesday to order a catering for a lunch for a group of professionals on Thursday. I was told I could only order catering online and they would not take my order in person. I had to down load an app on my phone, figure out how to use it, etc. On Wed. I placed the order, like I was instructed to via the app and requested pickup for the following day at 11:45 am. I took screen shots of the completed purchase on my phone etc.The next day (Thursday), I sent another person to pick up the order, I also gave them the texts in the event they were questioned etc. Erbert and Gerbert staff said they knew nothing about the order, and "that was yesterday and not valid today ...". My client had to place a new order to get the food we needed. We didn't get to eat until 1:20 pm when we planned to eat at 12:00. I was extremely embarrassed because it appeared that I couldn't figure out how to order food. I appeared incompetent in front of professionals and my peers.After my event, I stopped in at the store and found the manager. I explained all to her. She is very nice and understood. She agreed to give me a refund. So, she processed the refund and gave me a receipt. However, a week later, I still do NOT HAVE the funds back in my account. I called again. I was told that they screwed up the refund because they did it wrong in their system. I was told to call some number to get it straightened out. ABSOLUTELY NO. I am NOT calling some third party payment processing place to fix YOUR problems. So, I told the manager I would be in in the morning to pick up a cash refund.The food is yummy however, that is irrelevant if they can't figure out how to run their computer system and actually produce the food that you pay for. So very disappointing. The level of incompetence here is astounding.So, I have paid money for catering I never received. And, over a week later, I still do NOT have a refund. The amount of time it has taken me to address this issue with Erbert and Gerber's and Coborns is simply inexcusable. Your incompetence made me look incompetent in front of very important people.

My mother brought me their broccoli cheddar soup with a BBQ pulled pork and mac and cheese sandwhich. It was AMAZING. Best sandwich I have ever had the joy of tasting. The soup was great quality. Definitely give this place a shot when you are craving a quality soup and sandwhich.

Never again! Way to expensive for what you get and the food is mediocre at best. I could have went to Olive garden for that price! Also, the staff looks so sad and depressed because they hate their jobs!

Ordered the Northern Cheesecake combo with beer cheese soup. The soup was ok. the drink was almost all ice, the sandwich was nothing special at all. All I could take was the mayo, which there was way to much of. No flavor at all to the " Sizzling peppers and onions" I don't think ill be back

They are so friendly, help you with the app and coupons for people like me who dont know to. Im assuming the manager(she wears a grey shirt). Made it feel like home. I have been there 5 times in less than 1 1/2 weeks. FOOD amazing. Chicken wild rice soup....cant beat it!!!
