We ordered food online for the office & just like others have said, I don't think they even look at special requests - 2 tuna subs, were supposed to have extra tuna on them, it hardly looked like any was on them. Another sandwich was supposed to have no tomato & light on mayo & ranch, you guessed it, had tomatoes & looked like extra mayo & ranch. We really wanted to like the "new" place in town, but with these issues, probably won't be back.

First trip today and I must say it was outstanding. The bbq sandwich and tortellini soup were delicious and the gal working the drive-thru was very efficient and friendly. So glad to have something different for options in the area and will be back!

Trust the bad reviews. Went twice, both bad experiences. If you like waiting half an hour for an over priced sandwich that is missing ingredients, then go here.

Excellent subs! I've had them almost every day since they opened, I have been trying a variety, and every single one has been delicious. It's much better than Subway, and the staff are obviously working hard to get things up and running yet super freindly

Place was nice and fast paced. I thought the customer survice was great. However i dont think one of my subs were done properly portion wise. Pay a lot of money for a cheese steak sandwhich and there wasnt anything on it compared to the full loaded pictures that is advertised.
I went and ordered the neuron sandwich, first off came to 12$ for smaller than a subway sub. Then we get it and the meat was slimy and super wet the bread was soaked and the entire thing was so smashed up it look disgusting. So I brought it to the window and the manager talked to me and took it back and refunded me. While we were talking about why I wanted my money back she said they were still in training and she told me “ we get all our meat frozen and we have to thaw it and drain it. We might have to drain our meat better.” Yes because hearing that makes me so hungry. Gross! I probably won’t be going back!

Ordered thru the app and got a free sandwich because of it. Ordered 3 sandwich’s, 2 cookies, & the 32 oz Chicken Alfredo tortellini soup. Soup was pretty good (just needed some salt). Sandwich’s were nothing special but they were edible and they managed to get the add on ingredients correct. Glad I checked my order before driving away cuz they forgot to give me the cookies. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there again.

The spartan was so fresh! The tangy mustard was a delish sauce, I also tried the Mac n cheese and the limited time chicken Alfredo tortellini soup! I loved it! I'm kinda sad it isn't a regular menu item.They have lots of good options for sandwiches and soups, the restaurant is open and connected to coborns. Seats are comfy if your staying for a short time.We will be back!Vegetarian options: There is one sandwich on the menu that's vegetarian

going to give them the benefit of the doubt here as they just opened, but my advice is, if you order anything other than a standard item on the menu, check to be sure they got it right. I placed an online order for a sandwich with no mayo and extra meat (both special instructions were not followed and I received a sandwich with mayo and normal meat). They are clearly new so I called to inform them and use it as a training tool - the manager offered to make it right on my next visit, so at least they do care.I was kind of able to remove the mayo, but the extra meat I paid for still was missing... so again, just advise you to check anything with a special request.I work in Princeton, so I will go back as I love E&G and will be nice to add to my options for lunch. I'll update the review as they improve!
