My wife’s double cheeseburger was good. Fries were good. My spicy chicken sandwich was undercooked and tough to chew. It didn’t feel safe to eat. We were eating while on the road so didn’t go back to return it. Staff were friendly enough, though it seems like much more focus is put on the electronic means of ordering than face-to-face. The young woman taking our order was nice, and the kid that handed us our food seemed hurried, even though they were not busy. It seems from our order and other comments that cooking food long enough is an overall issue here. That’s a management problem. McDonald’s has gotten expensive, but when the food is done right it’s worth it. This was not.

Worst place ever I always do my mobile order ahead of time and is always the same they make me wait more then 10-15 min even if I have mobile order people is very slow they need to do something, don't go unless you have 30 min for wait

Poor service, order was wrong, food was cold. Girl taking the order was more concerned about her phone instead of the customers. Garbage and food on the floor, these young kids don't think they need to work when at work.

Slowest experience ever. Had me pull ahead and wait a full 10 minutes. Next time I'll be sitting at the window waiting. It's nice they employ people with special needs but come on someone has to know what's going on.
Unfortunately, when this location gets busy, it bogs down dramatically. I can understand busy but to wait 20 minutes to get a fry and 2 drinks is beyond slow. The staff did not engage or even say hello. it seemed more like it was a bother.
I've also come during non busy hours and have great speed for food and great service. Honeslty, it's the staff at certain times that make this location a pain point and truly a worry what you will get.
