I’ve never had a good experience at this location. This time I sat in the drive through #1 while I watched them take 5+ orders from drive through #2. Multiple vehicles in lane #1 drove off after the same experience. Trash food, over priced, and the business model is broken. Go out of business please.

I went in on 3/28 I ordered a 10 piece nugget.The woman was holding my order out of the window while I was paying. When I got to the window she tossed my bag at me and said have a nice day and started closing the window. I said can I have ketchup. She gave me 2, I asked if I could have more. She grabbed a huge handful and threw it out to me I dropped it on the ground on the seat and on the floor of my truck. When I called not even 5 minutes after leaving the manager said it was just because they were trying to get those orders out so fast. My food was cold and went in the trash along with over 20 ketchup packets. This McDonald's always has so many problems, you would think by now that they would have employees that aren't rude, that want customers to come back, and don't want people complaining about them in an open forum! If I knew her name I would be sharing it!

My family and I stopped in here for breakfast this morning, we ordered 8 breakfast burritos, 1 sausage biscuit and 2 hash browns, 2 orange juices, a large and small fountain drink, and a medium mocha frappe. What we actually got was 2 sausage biscuits, 3 orange juices, 3 hash browns and 4 burritos. We tried to take the extra stuff and exhange it for the 4 other burritos we originally ordered. The manager came out and looked at everything and the receipt and asked what the problem was so we re explained everything. All she does is say sorry but the girl that took ur order is new. So instead of taking all the extra unnecessary food we did not need back she charged us for 4 more extra burritos. And all the extras were wasted anyways. Was not happy with the service, it could of been handled way better.

Went to the drive thru last Thursday, ordered thru the app using my rewards. Ordered a fish filet and a small fry with a glass of ice water. Got 2 exits down opened the bag the there was a Big Mac... No fish filet. No fries. I talked to manager explaining I had already got 2 exits down. That was 4:59pm. He said they would send a free meal. I gave him my address and had him read it back. I have yet to receive that in the mail. It is now Tuesday.I had a couple bites of the Big Mac. The top bun was not fresh, hard and I did not finish it. Disappointing all around. The young girl at the window was kind and so was the nice young man. They were the only positive part of the experience. Maybe I should have checked the bag myself, but I would hope after both people at the windows but confirmed the order, I figured I was in good hands. I was wrong. I should have checked their work.

Drive thru was extremely busy and several vehicles "budded" into the pickup lane causing confusion for the employees taking money and handing off food but they powered through, our food was the correct order and even hot.

They make their oreo mcflurries and fries the best best mcdonalds i have ever been to i'm not a fan of the new redesign because the old one was classic its good to come here after the races!Parking: Parking is pretty good and if you cant find spaces you can park at the nearby mikes discount foods or caribou coffeeKid-friendliness: Its ok happy meals are very kid friendly but mothers need to get their kids in line i watched one throw a temper tantrum after his mom wouldn't let him eat while watching his ipad

Ordered through the drive through about 1:45 on a Friday. Best fries and burgers I’ve had from a McDonald’s in years, decent amount ketchup on the burgers and still juicy patties. Hot, fresh, and salty fries. Asked for ketchup in the bag and got plenty for my meal.
