I've been coming here since I was born. The best waffles I have ever had.

Wow I was not disappointed after stopping here to eat! Excellent latte, service and nice people who cared that I was here after a flat tire. I loved the omelette with sun-dried tomatoes and hollandaise, a pancake on the side, so good!

Stopped in for breakfast a couple of days ago. Was really busy (about 9 AM), but I found a small table. Had the Florentine omelet, which was quite good! Service was great! Would definitely go back if in that area again.

Went there today for the first time in years. Not real impressed. The fries were the fat ones and under cooked. My patty melt had a weird taste.

Went for a late breakfast around noon, service was alright. Got the eggs Benedict and those were alright too. The hollandaise sauce looked like it was separating. Pancake was great.

Great prices, food was very good. Service was a little slow, but super friendly. Clearly a hot spot for locals as there seemed to be a lot of regulars there. We will be back whenever we're up in the area.

We eat at Merlin’s at least once a week—sometimes more—and it’s always a great experience. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and served hot, no matter what we order. The menu has something for everyone, from hearty breakfasts to homestyle dinners, and the portions are generous without sacrificing quality.

The service is just as good as the food—friendly, attentive, and welcoming every time. Even when they’re busy, the staff makes you feel like a regular (which we happily are). It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy a meal, and count on it being just as good as the last time you were here.

If you’re looking for a dependable, cozy spot in Princeton with great food and service, Merlin’s is it.

Service wasn't the best. We had to ask her rather than the other way around.

Great spot for breakfast. Had a good diner food and coffee! I got the corned beef and hash and I really liked that it was crispy.

The lie in their posts, no reservations needed but you’re turned away because you don’t have reservations by snotty hostesses.
