I'm going around Minnesota and trying hidden treasures!! This family restaurant located on the out skirts of Princeton is the perfect stop for delicious breakfast and amazing hospitality. Hangover... no problem they have options for alcoholic drinks or if youre feeling fancy they recently added a coffee bar!Don't want eggs they have a generous selection for lunch. They are also known for the "Big Stack" pancakes!
