It's pizza hut. Princeton teens thay have a job are generally polite and helpful. This is no exception. Pizza hut now is way better than 10 years ago.

My friend & I ate at the Princeton MN location Tu esday 4/22/25. There were only 2 other ladies eating inside. T he waitress would be rated VERY POOR: took our order, brought our food to us, never checked on us, figured the bill wrong. I wish I would not have left a tip. The service was terrible! The food was not very good. I've eaten at Pizza Hut before & thought the food was good but the food last night was mediocre at best. Awful đ

I placed my order at 9 pm, buisness hours are tell 10, nobody called to tell me and i received no notice my order was canceled, donât offer tell 10 if you cancel orders, Iâm beyond mad, Iâm a frequent customer here, I hope I can get some compensation for this. Dominos 10/10 I guess. Do better Pizza Hut.

I had a really odd experience here tonight. I ordered 6 single topping pizzas and 4 packs of breadsticks. It was ordered online about 4 hours earlier and when I showed up about 10 min late ( I know this was wrong) the pizzas werenât done. So I go wait for a few min come back and was told they forgot all of the breadsticksâŠ. So another 10-15 min. I guess it was good I wasnât on time. But anywho. I wasnât even really upset about that I gave myself time for error. My pick up time was 4:45 and everything was done at 5:17. Again glad I wasnât on time especially since I had my kids with me.
What was weird was the (Iâm guessing) manager running around frantically yelling at the staff. âScrew you! Screw all of you!â âIm putting in my 2 weeks tomorrow.â Again and again. The place wasnât even busy. There were 3 tables with a total of 7 people including children that could here her having this adult tantrum. And 5 employees working. No one else was waiting with me.
Anyways just thought Iâd share this. It was a very uncomfortable situation and I could tell the other employees were either used to it or something was going down because when I made a joke about it they quickly changed the subject like theyâre embarrassed of her.
