I just recently order the fresh fruit and the smoothie this morning but at the same time i believe that the atmosphere is great but the staff can be professional its just the wait was very long and idk it was because it was due to the staff shortage but other than that it was okay but at least the fresh fruit was very tasty and the smoothie was very nice .

I have found the vast majority a Caribou staff are exceptional, however the person who waited on me was not friendly. She was rude when I placed my order and made it seem like an inconvenience to take my Caribou rewards number. I normally wouldn't say anything, but she has waited on me multiple times in the past and it always seems like she having a bad day. She doesn't make you feel very good.

I always order at this location while gambling and there is almost always an issue with my coffee. I order extra hot and it’s lukewarm or I order dark chocolate and they don’t put any in. The baristas seem nice though!
