I love living here. It's beautiful, quiet and lovely. Out of all the people that live here, there are only two that are nasty and that's very good for a building this size. Almost heaven with the large park to walk in and gracious staff. It would be great to have a non denominational church service available but that's hard to do.(And In case anyone hasn't heard, Kim has a Beautiful singing voice.)

Thank you Leonard for your kindness in showing me the apartment. Erika for helping me through the process of obtaining a apartment and kindness towards me. It is truly appreciated!!!

My living experience here has been up and down and changed with fees that I did not do and going through my neighbor's who have boyfriends and since I am single jealousy of women screaming that I am moving in the middle of 329 and 325 has been difficult living here and Erica/Kim charging me monies for my guest and don't have any guests as well as Tracy and Renale when I am on Section 8 voucher program and they should have been talking to my Case manager Kathryn Horine at CDA and not me about situations have been observed.

Otherwise I like the washer and dryer in the unit and I have been told that I might own the building and not anyone have discussed it with me about it all since Doug Veagey put out my invention from 336 Wet wipes by Cottonelle and the building was bought from Dominium and Doug got on the bus and said did everyone get their wet toilet paper and I didn't get mines and told her that it was my invention and Mary Jane said you don't get your's like everyone else did you have to buy yours and that that that was very mean for the office to do that to me and has been threatening to move out with rediculous fees that I did not do.

Doug was the old Dominium bus driver and now there's a new one now.

I love our apartment. We’ve lived here 8 years and we’ve been very happy in our 3 bedroom apartment. It is, by far, the nicest building I have lived in. We have a beautiful view of the backyard that becomes our own oasis when we get our Spring planting done. Our cat wears a harness so she is able to mingle with people and their pets indoors and out. Underground parking and extra storage units is great, especially during the winter months. We’ve had fun times with our fellow residents in the common areas, especially the Great Room and movie area. This has been well worth the move to the beautiful Prior Lake area.

Gw management is physically and verbally abusive to the elderly, use scare tactics to scare the elderly. GW allows the privilege white men and women to racially profile African-Americans, Africans liberians and other African ethnic groups. Some privileged Whites feel blacks should not live in the building and especially blacks on section 8 makes building value go down. Ranell w and Tracy and vice president Jan use resident like Karen and Karen's to go around and violate the black tenants right by making out fraudulent police reports so management can build a case and file on innocent black tenants violating your rights, rights to privacy, harassment and stalking invading your privacy , personal space, searching through their property, management will give you a warning or least violation if you confront the tenant or you may get put off the property even to the point where the privilege group feels that they can call the police on innocent black men and women for no just cause if they see him or her outside the building the prior lake Police department works with them and give out incomplete police reports about fraudulent incidents made up about blacks.some tenants dogs just pee and poop all over the building all over the front entrance the front doors the landscape is peed out and pooped out it smells horrible in the elevators in 5 years they have never shampooed clean the windows they just cleaned the ventil systems. vice president and regional manager are aware of the situation and they didn't nothing about it, at that time 2 years ago now, aggression and the physical abuse of the manage threatening behavior, now today upper management has helped her get a new job Ranell W. Dominion cheats the seniors out of their income they charge you twice, they tried to confuse you on your lease, a lot of those reviews that they have are made up CJ no longer works for them in over 2yr's he got a better job GW needs to be investigated by the state, up date Grainwood is being investigated by the HUD /housing authority, Human rights department, in doing damage control management scared the tenants with threats and promises of being homeless if they report the racial profiling the discrimination and the unfair housing a lot of African-American tenants wouldn't come forward and testify. prior lake Police department helped by hiding police reports and redacted information for one year now. This is how bad managers get away and waste taxpayers money and federal and state agencies help them. 🤔. Everything in this story is true it may not be spelled right but it's 100% true April 26th 2022 /7:38 pm. PS: I hope I don't get further retaliation, intimidation, threats, unwanted police contact and harassment for telling the truth for I already have 24 or so made up fraudulent police reports police reports 💯

My daughter and have lived here a year and a half. We both need walkers and it is so easy to get around. The staff is great! They are very willing to listen. We love it that it is smoke free as we have allergies. The residents are able to have gatherings so we have a weekly potluck every Friday. We have had holiday parties. The card and crafts room is used a lot. If we need repairs, it is prompt response. This year we formed a gardening group to plant in the patio area. It is great because it is raised beds so we don’t have to get down on our knees. We have a movie twice a month as well. Everything is convenient. We didn’t give it five stars because the rent has gone up twice since we have been here. But to be fair, it is still lower than other apartments that are this nice. Our problem is that Social Security doesn’t give us a COLA to match the rising costs of housing everywhere. The owner has done a lot to get feedback on what we like and don’t like. We appreciate that.

Everyone is so friendly here from residents to management. The shared spaces are kept up nicely and I enjoy having friends and family to visit as they are as impressed as I am.

The current management promotes a great sense of community while respecting the privacy of each resident. I feel safe and secure here.

This is the best place I’ve ever lived. Impeccably clean, well managed.

Quick response to maintenance requests. Beautiful new appliances. The common areas are beautifully furnished.

A+ complex. Also very quiet.

Margaret Batchelder

Great place to live. Only thing is they can't keep maintenance people on staff, otherwise it's a great place to live.

Tim Pineda
