The food is good but the order is never correct. I don't know what has happened because when they first opened they were great. Now the last 6 visits have been terrible, and they are getting worse. The orders have all been wrong, mixers were made incorrectly, items left off of the burgers, delivered the wrong order to our car, gave us smalls when we ordered and charged for mediums, rude people that bring food out, and non apologetic when we bring up the issues. We won't be going here any longer.

This is a large restaurant 2 drive up menus, very quick service and great custard! Rather than enjoy in the car my grandson suggests we sit at the tables! It’s good to stop and enjoy the Custard!

It was a spacious Culver's. The customer service was average. They got my order and didn't try to offer me more on anything. I had to wait a little bit in line, but the cashier was friendly. It was quiet in there, but then two couples decided to sit close to me when the restaurant had no one else there. They talked loudly, so I moved. The Butterburger seemed a bit greasier than usual. I like that you can order food from your table with their QR code. My partner had a job interview in the area, and I'll probably suggest a different place to check out if we're ever both in that area together again. It was good, but I felt like it could have made a bigger impact if the staff had more energy and the food was less greasy.

Ordered a burger that looks all the ingredients were thrown in the box. Culvers usually have good customer service idk whats wrong with this location, wasnt even rush hour. Manger needs to be checking the food if this is how its being handed out.

Drive thru was a nightmare. Somehow our order number was doubled up a d took forever to get our food. Was cold when we actually got it. Drive thru is worst than rush hour on I494 in Bloomington
The staff at this Culvers are so genuinely friendly! It is such a nice change from so many other places where the teens can come across so bothered to help you. I don't know how you find them but kudos to you!😊

Curbside pickup usually doesn’t work. If it does work they take a very long time to bring the food out despite a scheduled pickup time.
I also noticed the store removed the curbside parking spot signs yet the app and website still advertise curbside pickup available at this location.
Food is great but just ditch the app and online ordering if you aren’t going to execute on it…
