Went to this location on 11/23/2025 around 2:20 in the afternoon. Ordered 3 blizzards and a cone. Pulled up to the window to pay and pickup order and noticed that 3 workers were mopping a large amount of dirty water around on the floor intentionally into each other and goofing around. After the first 2 blizzards were made one of rhe girls dropped the funnel that is used to make the blizzard onto the floor into the big puddle of dirty water they were mopping. Another girl picked it up and handed it to another named Sophia. Sophia proceeded to put that piece directly back onto the machine without washing it off after falling into dirty floor water and proceeded to make the last blizzard. After witnessing that, we informed the girl at the window we no longer wanted anything.

I didn't want to do this, but I don't know any other way to communicate our problem- we went through the drive thru tonight and ordered a kids meal and an adult meal, both with ice cream. We got the ice creams and both beverages, but when we got home we were missing most of the kids meal. I tried to call the store, but all the phone did was ring and no one picked up. I'm very unhappy about this as we can't resolve our problem if we don't have any employees to interact with.

We went with our three kids to get ice cream. Waited for 15 minutes for anyone to speak to us inside. We ended up just leaving before anyone even took our order. My kids left in tears. I forgot that the service is terribly slow here. Remember for next time so we can go somewhere else.

Worst DQ in the state never has anything you want I go maybe once every other week and 3/4 of the last times I’ve gone they don’t have what I order.

Im sorry to say anything negative, but the burger bun was stale and the French fries were cold and rubbery. The service was 50/50. I asked for salt. The young man acted as if it were a huge inconvenience; the young lady, on the other hand, was courteous and welcoming.

The kids working were just kids, but food was super slow to get out. Over all, I like this place.

Yesterday I went here and ordered a chili dog and small cheese curds. I understand waiting if it's busy, but there were only four other people there and it took them twelve minutes to hand me my food. The lady that handed me my food, had some of the dirtiest hands I've ever seen. Covered in a weird red and black substance. Afterwards I drove away and noticed they had messed up my order. Instead of small cheese curds I got small fries.

Ive never liked this dairy queen for multiple reasons/experiences. This time their gravy has soap in it. Totally inedible.

I had a bad experience today, I decided to try this food for the first time and ordered 2 combo double burger deluxe, for me and my son. I took one burger like this and the second one was with buffalo sauce, it was terrible, very spicy, I was left hungry. I'm sure they mixed up the burgers

I used the app to order two Sundays and two blizzards. Many teenagers working. They started making my order when I checked in. I got the two Sundays which were fine. They started making the blizzards. I went to give my kids the Sundays and went back for the blizzards, both had been set down unfinished and the employees argued over who had to finish them when they saw me standing back at the counter. By the time they mixed them, one had an ingredient completely forgotten, and the other was a dripping mess. Worst part, I physically watched the whole thing happen. The tables and floor were filthy. I cleaned my own table from my purse cleaning supplies. It was a memorable experience in a bad way.

Cake came back saying Happy B.
This took 3 employees to do.

It's not a good experience at this location. Didn't get things that we paid for, and were charged full price for an item that was supposed to be free from the app.

If your going to have a bunch of teenagers working, please properly train them in. I do not recommend this dairy queen, drive to the next nearest location. Your blizzard will be half blended, freezes will just be the pop with ice cream blended noooo freeze liquid at all, and your food will be cold. Do better with your training the food is horrrrrrrribleeeeee
