We got baked goods from them for the first time and they were fantastic! I also tried a Banana Latte, which was surprisingly good. More on the pricier side, but excellent quality.

This bakery is so cute, I wish I could have tried everything! My son and I both ordered a seasonal cold brew (cinnamon roll) and shared a croissant egg sandwich. Both items were incredibly delicious!

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was SO odd. I usually enjoy Edelweiss, which is why this was especially disappointing.
I ordered a banana caramel latte and received what tasted like watered-down banana milk with almost no flavor.

Assuming the caramel had been forgotten, I politely asked for it to be added. Instead, an excessive amount was poured in, turning the drink into pure sugar milk — still undrinkable.
Because these drinks are expensive, I waited in line again to ask for a remake. At that point, the woman working (possibly the manager) raised her voice at me in front of a full line of customers, saying, “Our banana syrup already has caramel in it,” as if I was supposed to know their internal recipes.

The interaction was hostile, embarrassing, and completely unprofessional. If a drink is made poorly, it should be remade — period — without shaming the customer. No one enjoys asking for a remake, and being publicly scolded over it is absurd. The employee was clearly in a terrible mood and took it out on a paying customer.

I won’t be returning. There are plenty of better coffee shops nearby with far better service — Brim, Cedar Press, Tapestry, and others.

Excellent little local bakery. Stopped in for pastries and coffee today but excited to go back soon to get breakfast! Have purchased many of their cakes in the past as well. 😋 Grateful to have you in Prior Lake!

Their pricing for what you get is NOT worth it. The flavor has changed from year's past too. Not as yummy. The atmosphere & service is not what it once was. Unfortunate. Don't recommend.

We always enjoy our desserts here. Yesterday they even had a gluten free opera cake that hit the spot for my partner. I had the salted caramel chocolate mousse and it was supreme. Thanks for being an important part of the community!

Prices have increased so much but I was willing to pay until now. I just saw that they will now be closed on Friday to protest against ICE being in Minneapolis. I am so tired of my money going to WOKE businesses. They will not be getting my business anymore. Hopefully another bakery will come into Prior Lake that understands business and WOKE politics don't mix.

I love coming into this local coffee shop/bakery/bistro. The pastries are delicious, the salads and sandwiches are amazing, and the coffee is tasty. My only complaint would be space- when it gets busy, it REALLY gets busy. But it's well deserved! Highly recommend.
