We have eaten several times at the minnehaha and have been unhappy each time the only reason we went there was the convenience but the food choices and taste of the food is awful. We were there last Saturday July 6th at about 7:30pm I ordered a chicken salad and my husband had a hot turkey sandwich. The place was very slow and so was the service. We were waited on right away but waited over 30 minutes for a salad and a hot turkey sandwich. And it was delivered by the manager . The sandwich and potatoes were cold and the chicken on my salad was so hard and dry you could hear it when you dropped a piece on the table. It should never have been served and mind you the manager delivered it. I was comped the salad and offered a cup of soup in its place. My husband just ate his cold food as we were starving . The menu has such a small selection. We will not be returning to the minnehaha we will go to the food court before we will go back there for any meal!

It was one of the worst breakfasts I have had. The Tex mex dish sounded great. First, the dish came out cold, and veggies were undercooked. Potatoes were dry, and the sausage was burnt. The two sauces weren't the greatest. So the only things I ate were my eggs and toast for 13 bucks. I'm not sure if this was because they were so busy and couldn't keep up with orders. I think next time, I will be going to Little Six for their breakfast.

My husband and I eat at the Minnehaha Cafe almost every other week and the food is always amazing! We request our server to be Kendra if we can, she is the sweetest girl ever she always makes time to chat with us if she isn’t busy and she always gives us the best service. My husband is always so impressed with how much she knows about football!

We decided to have supper here, waiter took our order, did not catch his name. There was 6 of us total. Including 2 kids. We ordered appetizers. Almost an hour later we still didn't receive our appetizers, finally the waiter noticed us after passing by us , idk how many times. He told us that they lost our ticket? . After an hour and a half we finally got our appetizers then soon after we received our food. The food was ok, one of the ladies said her food had no flavor. It was good to visit my Sister , the other ladies and the kids in the group. I hope they work on their service so this won't happen to anyone else. Thumbs up to the manager? that compted our meals.

We tried to eat here this morning (3/23/24) and were refused service because they "just couldn't serve us." They had tons of empty tables and we even offered to be split up but then they said they "didn't have enough servers". We had 2 families so a total of 4 adults and 5 kids. There were at least 10 more people behind us in line and 10 in front of us who were seated before they told us they couldn't serve us. We wasted about 30 minutes to try to go there for brunch so I will never bother attempting to go here again. What a waste.

The best hot chocolate I’ve tasted! We always eat here on our way out and the hot chocolate is a must! This time I ordered the eggs Benedict with hashbrowns. I was not super impressed by the eggs Benny since the English muffin didn’t feel very toasted. It had some flavor but pretty average. The options are the menu aren’t very diverse, but they hit all the classics. It’s a nice seating area too that’s bright and open. It’s always busy in the mornings on the weekends, sometimes you’ll have to wait for a table.
