Serviced SUCKED, I had to actually chase after the waiter and ask him why he was not waiting on us after 20 minutes of waiting.
With a 3, and a 1-1/2 year old this was not an enjoyable wait. He replied; I did not see you, he must be deaf and blind if he could not see or hear us!

Bang bang shrimp and cheese curds 9/10. Buffalo boneless wings are better at kwik trip than this restaurant. Some service and host are great! Unfortunately we had the worst one. Did not refill our drinks, did not check on us. I would rather go to a different restaurant.

Today’s lunch was incredible! Our server was awesome, the food was very flavorful and fresh, and the atmosphere was great to be able to have a good conversation with a friend. I highly recommend the carne asada bowl with chicken. Delish!

We've been to the Pointe off and on for several years. The number one thing that has continued to surprise me is the quality of the food across a spectrum of styles.
Whether it's pizza, tacos, asian, pasta, skewers or anything else, you can be sure what's on the menu will be quite good.
In over a dozen experiences, we've almost never had a negative experience and that single time was an incident that everyone was extremely apologetic for and engendered a feeling that they truly desired that we come back.
Service can be hit or miss, but generally is good and the food has almost never disappointed

The food was ok, but the server got mad when we decided to have dessert after we got the check. I get it. It was a Hassel, but if she didn't get a tude, the tip would have been WAY higher. Oh yeah, the cake was HUGE and delicious.

Sat on the patio, lemme tell you. For starters the radio is at an appropriate volume where you can hear your table and it tunes out every other table. The food was above and beyond. The staff was amazing as well. Best patio seating anywhere in Prior Lake. My mouth is watering already waiting my next trip.

Kid-friendliness: Not rowdy, everyone is friendly, food is amazing.
