We really enjoyed our meal from Black Woods last night. We had a burger with excellent flavor, steak medallions cooked perfectly just how requested, basil coleslaw was absolutely amazing and so were the bacon brussel sprouts. Cheese curds were fantastic too. Everything was delicious and so convenient we stayed in the hotel and they delivered for free right to our room. Thank you for such a wonderful meal!

Ordered a stake well done it come burnt on the out side and when I cut into it red juice ran out, rear on the in side. Wel I ask for well done I want it cook, no red the inside, and not dried out.

Worst meal I’ve ever had. Incredibly overcooked and overpriced for the quality. Being on the North shore, I thought fish would be a good option; the fish (boundary walleye) was so overdone I could barely pull it apart with my fork. Mashed potatoes were decent. The carrots tasted like they were boiled and dipped in maple syrup. Drinks were okay. Our server was attentive.

Generous portions, excellent taste, but the pan-fried walleye was a bit fishy. I recommend the pasta Santino. Madilyn was an outstanding server. Very knowledgeable, pleasant, and prompt. We spent a little more on drinks because it was a birthday celebration.

Blueberry coleslaw is good. Didn't disappoint. Bathrooms were clean. Seats were comfortable in the dining room. Water is cold. Ice is cold. Wait time is good. Staff is friendly. Location is good. Best place I've been to near Duluth. Overall this beats every Michelin star restaurant I've ever been to.
There is always a warm welcome when we come in. This is my second time visiting this location. The first server was Morgan R. She was super sweet! The second time, we had Randy, who was friendly, too! The Food is Amazing! The drinks were okay; I didn't taste any alcohol. I have no complaints from my family. I will definitely recommend it. ❤️❤️
Food was ok, actually really like the cheese curds. Service was quite slow and it was not busy. This was our first time at a Blackwoods location, can't say we'll be rushing back to one.

Had a good time out with friends. The stuff was very helpful. The food and drink options were easy to read. The food was cooked just right and delicious. The waiter was very helpful and on top of drink refills. I'm looking forward to eating here again.

I came from Canada, ordered through UberEats a burger with chips. The BBQ cheeseburger was super extrim hot and delicious.
The chips were a bit over salty, but it was good with the BBQ sauce from the burger.
The order was ready in 15 minutes.
