Acapulco Mexican Restaurant

A below average Americanized Mexican restaurant. The food is low quality and bland. Drinks are short on alcohol. I sucked down 2 margaritas in about 40 minutes and besides the basic mix they use, I tasted virtually no tequila and never felt a buzz.

This seems to be the case with this chain, had similar experience at other locations as well.

Food wasn't great for being a mexican restaurant. Food didn't have the mexican authentic flavor. Have to think about ever going there again.

Well the beef tacos literally suck. And the margaritas may be virgin. And the waitress was very unconfident about everything under the sun.
The atmosphere was nice. Find a chef and some good food tho.

It was disgusting ? My wife and I got take out: my carnita asada was completely inedible. The steak looked about two weeks old and cooked under heat lamp for the last week. The shells were also melted together and hard in the middle like steak everything felt old. We also got sopapillas which were an insult to what I call dessert. I called to share my concerns the guy treated me like I was seeking a reward for the bad service ? I would recommend you rethink this location and try a more professional restaurant.

My husband and I have enjoyed coming out to the Ramsey location for over 10 years. The chips are always hot, the food is always fantastic, and we get the best service! Most visits, we look to see if Tina is working and then make sure we sit in her section. She is always attentive to us and all her customers!! We've gotten to know so many of the wait staff, bartenders, and managers over the years. We will continue being regulars because of all of them!!! Sometimes it feels like we are in an episode of Cheers by the way we always get greeted when we come thru the door. Thanks everyone at Ramsey Aculpolco!!!
