Rudest staff i have ever met! In addition the location on 47 and bunker in ramsey mn closes early and I just watched a staff member argue with a lady about closing early. What happen to customer is ALWAYS right?

This location in Ramsey is known to close early. I was in the drive thru 3 minutes before close at 7 and the front of store had open light on and no answer so I drove around front made it inside before the door was locked and light still on saying open and they refused to serve me and was rude about it. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is definitely my favorite Caribou location! The staff is always friendly, the drinks are always made well and it’s always clean and organized. Plus sitting by the fireplace is so cozy.
The rudest manager I've encountered in a Caribou works at this location. 20-something I'd guess who seriously needs to relearn how customer service works. I think I'll just not go in if I see her though the window again.

This location is by far the best I’ve ever been to. Staff members are incredibly friendly, kind and efficient. Drinks are consistent and made correctly as ordered. I struggle with coffee chains because the taste of drink can be wildly inconsistent from store to store or barista to barista. I’ve been here 10+ times and have yet to experience that issue! I’ve visited the other Ramsey location a few times out of convenience and have had negative experiences, so I highly recommend this location even if it’s a little out of the way :)
