Went and purchased coffee today using my debit card. I placed my card on the reader, and the cashier pulled it back and said thanks without me seeing the purchase being complete. Thought nothing of it. Went home and checked my account. Noticed she gave herself a 2 dollar tip without my knowledge. I would have tipped her anyway. But find it dishonest to do so without my knowledge. Won’t be returning to this location.

On one occasion got my order wrong even though they put it in wrong to begin with and then said they fixed it they did not. Another occasion my coffee was $8 for a large cup of whipped cream.

It was a go to place to pick up our coffee! But the services, has gone down not getting order correct or not blended enough leaving ice chunks in the blended drinks! Disappointed!
