I rarely if ever order dominos- I think there are better pizza options out there. But as fate would have it, my wife and kids demanded dominos tonight. We placed our order at 5:46pm (on a Friday) and our order was completed at 5:53pm. It was as fast as I’ve ever seen a pickup pizza order completed. On top of that, it was 100% accurate and shockingly good . Those pan pizzas are excellent, and the stuffed cheese bread was out of control. We all ate more than we should have. I’m surprised to say this, but I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.

Got delivery because they only said it'd be 30 minutes. I call back an hour and a half later and they told me just 20 more minutes. It's been 45 minutes and I'm still waiting. They need to be honest about their time. Don't tell me 30 minutes if it's going to be 3 hours.

Attempted to order food to use credit for last time and 5 employees working and no one helping people up front or even looking people in the eye. It was the most disorganized place I have ever been to. I left after waiting 15 minutes to even talk to someone to order.

This location is absolutely the worst. Ordered a pepperoni pizza from here. I think they count the # of pepperonis on each slice. I had added green pepper and pineapple and I think each slice had 1 piece of each. Let the management know about this and NEVER heard back. Don't put extras on your pizza if you order from here. A complete waste of pizza crust with some tomato sauce. If you look hard enough, you might find the "ingredients."

I ordered carry out and it was still not in the oven after 30 min of ordering it. I called the store and the guy i spoke to was very rude and told me to check my tracker and said “we are very busy I don’t know when it will be done”. I waited another 30 minutes it’s before I went to the store and it had been sitting on the heat rack for 20 minutes. The guy at the counter told me that it had been done 20 minutes and they had been having problems with the app. A call would have been nice since my pizza was sitting there getting old and was no longer fresh. I am very irritated about this order and the way the staff handled it. It was very poor customer service from the people working tonight.

They can’t even cut the entire pizza properly. Pizza Hut is more with the money. And this location customer service seems to be sub par.

This place sucks!!! Always having "technical difficulties" and on a rare occasion you do get to order a pizza, it sucks. Ran by a bunch of kids... just close your store.

This place is horrible. I placed an order at 5:45 pm using the mobile app and watched the tracker. At 6:40 pm my kids were “starving” asking when dinner would arrive. The tracker said it was still being prepped after almost an hour, so I called the store. It took me a couple times of calling before they answered, then they put me on hold and after several minutes of holding they hung up. That lead to me calling back at least 10 additional times, about half of which they would answer and hang up. Mind you I was simply wanting a status update and an ETA for the food that I had already paid for, and the tip I had already provided. In the last call, someone actually spoke to me and gave a time update. I then asked if there’s an owner or manager I can speak with. The worker said they don’t have a manager and she doesn’t know who the owner is, but I can talk to a shift lead. I requested the shift lead. She responded “K got it, bye” and hung up on me. I can’t even believe the customer service, or lack there of. I never write reviews but felt this one was necessary - stay away.
