Stopped in last night for a quick bite and was greeted with a friendly hi from the staff. The sandwich was well made and tasted great.

Absolute trash. Old lady at the register needs to be fired. Obviously slow making sandwiches and can’t ring people up correctly. Turn down the music or get some hearing aids. Order 1 sandwich an she rings up 2… ask for a receipt and she says it will be on the sandwich… stupid system should atleast be able to see what you’re ordering so you know the people are doing their job or can actually hear you

On Saturday July 14 I called and ordered an 18 piece party pack for pick up at 5pm. All sandwiches were ordered as the Pepe. Customized with no tomato and add onion. When I got there, the sandwiches weren’t ready. Had to wait for 15 minutes. When I got home and opened the box all the sandwiches were wrong. All had tomato and no onion. The reason I ordered no tomato was because one person coming was allergic to tomatoes. So Thanks Jimmy John’s For trying to kill one of my guests.

I will never order from Jimmy John’s again.. I place an order for a veggie sub with extra lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and peppers which I didn’t receive extra… My bread was extremely hard it hurt my teeth when I bit into it.. I called the location to complain and come to find out the manager was the one that made my sub…. If I could give zero stars I would… I would NEVER order from from Jimmy John’s again, what a waste of money I’m extremely disappointed… I’m definitely going to order from Subways across the street next time, I know my veggie sub would be fully loaded with fresh soft bread…

I used to work at JJs back in the day and freaky fast delivery was their niche but the last couple times Iv ordered from them it’s been over an hour for delivery, we live 3 minutes from 2 different locations.. not worth the wait..

Always takes over an hour to get a single sandwich delivered. They never have more than one driver and never try to fix any issues, they just say they're busy and there's just one driver.. don't order from
