Don’t use jimmy John’s for delivery. They don’t use their own drivers anymore and it took an hour and a half to deliver 2 miles away. You’re better off picking up the food from the store instead of them handing you a soggy sandwich from an hour and a half ago

I ordered the big john, what i got was the barly there john. One piece of meet. I know there are cut backs but that was ridiculous.
Stopped in last night for a quick bite and was greeted with a friendly hi from the staff. The sandwich was well made and tasted great.
Parking: Easy access to store from anywhere in parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: Safe and not cluttered with table and chairs
Wheelchair accessibility: Safe entry and wide open area

Absolute trash. Old lady at the register needs to be fired. Obviously slow making sandwiches and can’t ring people up correctly. Turn down the music or get some hearing aids. Order 1 sandwich an she rings up 2… ask for a receipt and she says it will be on the sandwich… stupid system should atleast be able to see what you’re ordering so you know the people are doing their job or can actually hear you

On Saturday July 14 I called and ordered an 18 piece party pack for pick up at 5pm. All sandwiches were ordered as the Pepe. Customized with no tomato and add onion. When I got there, the sandwiches weren’t ready. Had to wait for 15 minutes. When I got home and opened the box all the sandwiches were wrong. All had tomato and no onion. The reason I ordered no tomato was because one person coming was allergic to tomatoes. So Thanks Jimmy John’s For trying to kill one of my guests.
