how in the holy hell are you still in business? $23 for a *medium* gluten free pizza with only 3 toppings?!?!?! I'm taking my money to MOD for a *medium* gluten free pizza with UNLIMITED toppings for less than $15. GTFO 🤬

Pizzas are yummy & the Wilmington employees are kind.

Stopped in today for one two topping pizza where I ordered online. I show up to the store and my order wasn’t even being made just sitting on the table and the workers were just sitting around. Once they attempted to make my order just slipped the toppings on the middle of the pizza with hardly any toppings at all poor effort by the workers. This is the second time this has happened.

Came on a Friday for my online order. Drake was working all by himself due to a cork worker walking out. I was patient and understanding why he was behind and felt so bad, but he handled the situation well. Give drake a raise, I would have walked out if I was in his shoes by myself but he stayed and made pizza while dealing with mean angry customers. Kudos drake

Worst customer service ever, my gf went in to order 3 pizzas at 720pm (open till 8) they said they couldn't because they already put everything away, then I walked in and asked if I could order and they said yeah no problem, when I asked about my gf the assistant manager said she took him the wrong way and he was just being sarcastic, in my opinion he was trying to dig his way out of a hole. I will never go here and recommend no one else does either.
Update:
After reading my review of this traumatic experience their assistant manager put my girlfriend through with his rude behavior, the owner reached out with the message you see below. After having to write down the link and manually type it in since it was not clickable, I gave them my info, they came back and offered a one time $5 off coupon code of a regular priced menu item. This is another slap in the face. I will never go to this store and I recommend no one else does either.

Hate to one star, but wow...Understaffed and the second worker was on his phone (and in PJs) and not doing anything to help the only guy making the actual pizzas. Stopped in after 30min per the app, they hadn't made anything. Left, came back 30min later, still hadn't made the pizzas. Needed to stand there and eventually ask for them to make my order after I watched them take a walk-in order and make his pizza immediately. Waited a total of 1.5hrs for two larges, they claimed to have lost the orders, even though I watched them print out on my first stop in and get placed on the counter. The two 15yr olds working there need someone to keep things moving, organized, and everyone actually busy. They complained more than work.

Bought a pizza and cooked at home at correct temp and rack. The bottom tray of the pizza (that you are supposed to cook with) completely burnt and burnt the pizza. Called and got a free pizza. Went to get pizza and was told that there was an expiration date on the coupon. The manager was not polite and couldn’t make it right. Ramsey location lost our business…

Went in and ordered pizza at the Wisconsin rapids location and the guy that took our order was very annoyed. Complaining the phone would stop ringing and must have not been listening to what I said and we ended up with the wrong pizza! The employees attitudes have sucked the last 2 times we were in there.

Worst papa Murphys ever. Always out of items and pizza always made wrong.

Great Pizza and Service Always. The hours kinda suck, only open until 7pm. It would be so much more helpful if they were open until 8pm.
