We have ordered from Paradise roasters since they started, we have lived in other parts of the world- this coffee can’t be beat. We visited yesterday and met the small group of employees who kindly made us coffee and showed us around and answered any questions. We’ll get coffee from this company the rest of our lives ?

I received an email from this company advertising a coffee, I purchased said coffe within minutes of receiving the email and waited for almost a week in hopes of receiving what I paid for. This morning I received a cancellation notice and a refund stating that they oversold the product and waited this long to notify customers. They did not offer to make it right or did anything to improve the customers experience. Buyer beware.

From the picture, I thought Paradise Coffee was a local dine-in roaster. Upon arriving I saw no signage & thought I had a wrong address. I was able to pull around back & was greeted by an employee who asked how she could help me (clearly I looked confused!!). She was kind enough to chat with me, tell me they were online only & then asked what roast I preferred. I said I was partial to lights but like supporting small business as much as possible, so I wanted to browse the f era heat roasts She then gave me a sample for the confusion. Just because she wanted to go above & beyond. It was the BEST customer service I’ve had in a long time & I didn’t even buy anything! The couple comments about some errors in customer service were probably due to such a small company doing a high volume of sales & shipping. I was treated with respect & after reading the story of the company, I am happy to support them (even with a shipping fee!). Oh, and that sample? Yeah, that’s another factor to keep buying! Excellent light roast! Thank you!!

Was really looking forward to shipment of Paradise Guatemala Santa Felisa Geiisha. Very disappointed. Tastes burnt. Sold as light roast. Darkest light roast I have ever seen. Is medium/dark at best. Also tastes old. If you like dark roast, fine. Drink dark roast. In my opinion, don't ruin good coffee by burning it. Unless it wasn't good coffee to start with. Then you may be better off dark roasting it. But don't sell it as light roast and burn it. I paid a premium price for this coffee. What happened to you guys. Sent an email. No response.
I always buy single origin coffee beans from here to feed my daily caffeine dose! Amazing coffee and fast shipping. I love their roasting profiles for each single origin they get. Gonna try their blends sometimes!

Wow!! I was in Paradise this morning. Beans were so fresh and the quality is top notch. I've been trying a few local roasters and Paradise got them all beat by far. The pictures is their Espresso Classico. So much crema!! Can't wait to try the rest of their beans. Thank you!! ☕ï¸

LOCALLY ROASTED BEANS TO DIE FOR!!! Sam was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product and coffee in general. The people who work at Paradise Coffee Roasters not only know about roasting, but the history and anatomy of the bean itself. Combine those two together, and you have a wonderful, quality bean, ready to be ground up and made into an artisan cup of fine, delicate coffee. Will order again!!! 11/10!

Sent an email inquiring if local pickup would be ok as I am just a few minutes from their MN location. I did check their FAQ and did not see anything about in store pickup.. I would have called, but last time I wanted to find out if the sold Chemex filters(they are listed on Chemex's website and a store) it took 2 days to finally get an answer. When I did the woman advised me to send an email to see if they were available as she did not know..
