First and last time at this establishment. Met some people for bar bingo and the waitress (Taylor) and food runner were rude, condescending. Were not offered refills, forgot several items and acted as we were a nuisance when we asked for anything. If you can’t have the basic people skills to communicate, you shouldn’t be the face of the business with guests. Food was average, ridiculous charge of a dollar for a side of mayo. Yelp a 2.7 rating.

Riversbend Bar & Grill is an awesome bar. The food is wonderful and the staff is great. Would recommend it to anyone We been going there for the last year and haven’t had any issues. I would give them five stars. The broasted chicken is the bomb.

Why the grilled club sandwich is not listed below to select as a favorite is beyond me. I have yet to have an undesirable meal, food is fantastic! All staff are friendly. Highly recommend for a lunch location since service is pretty quick.

Went to this place Saturday night. Great bartender, the only confusion was a clearly intoxicated Guy sitting at the bar barking orders. After watching for a short time this intoxicated gentleman was the General Manager. While drinking this guy was rude to the staff and specifically a younger man who seems to be an expo. The staff was visibly taken back by the way this GM was treatment them. The owner needs to take a closer look at this GM and let him know he should be drinking and trying to be little bthe staff and think they will respect him. Maybe he's a fine guy but drinking while trying to lead a staff doesn't work.

Food was not good but could be what we ordered. Thought we'd try it..probably won't go.back.

Hats off to River's Bend Bar and Grill, and their amazing team. We had international guests, and had planned a catered lunch from an alternate establishment, which ended up being a No Show. We called River's Bend because they are local to our location and the lunch is always fantastic. Their team jumped into action and was able to pull together a lunch for 20. They saved the day! Thank you so much for all you did. The team from Mate Precision Technologies really appreciates you!!

Great place right off the main thoroughfare. Friendly wait staff, decent food and a fun atmosphere. Truly enjoyed the drinks and peaceful feeling. A must if you are in the area and need a beer to pass the day by
