I came in and ethan was here he was the best he helped me with whet i needed and he lisend when i said light on this and light on that i love this place

Amber (I hope I remembered correctly. She worked Friday (1/17) around 12 pm and Sunday (1/19) 4 pm) at Ramsey location is amazing! They seem to be constantly slammed with online orders but she never show any signs of stress just moves quickly and efficiently with a smile! They are very lucky to have her!

I told the lady to give me two exact same subway footlong. She was keep asking 2-3 times same things. When I got to the cashier spot, I told her again. I need two. Please make two exact same. I get it. People tired and make mistakes. She could go back to make another one. She refused to give me.
I was there and ordered a new sandwich. I also ordered a churro. I was asked if I wanted it toasted. I did, so the first woman put it in the toaster and went on to the next customer.
30 or so seconds later, it came out. And it sat. And sat. The first woman was 3 customers in before she came back to my food, 7 minutes later. There were 2 other women working. The younger one kept walking around, filling already full things, and the other woman stood at the cash register. Three people working and only one earning her pay. The other two could've been sitting at home for how little they did. I sat down 10 minutes later, ate my very cold churro and ate my now cold again sandwich.

Workers by themselves, can't get food out on time. Don't ever order here. Go to the one on bunker. Half the wait and food comes out on time. Owner should be ashamed of themselves at this establishment

As I was Door dashing I arrived to find out the cookies for the order I was picking up were not in the bag. I brought it to an employees attention and they said oh we only have oatmeal cookies, do you want to message the customer and ask if that is OK otherwise you will have to wait 5 minutes. No response from my customer so after 5 minutes I asked the employee if the cookies were ready and they said they were too hot it would be another minute. So 5 minutes pass I asked are the cookies ready yet? The employee said they didn't order cookies. I showed her my phone and she looked at the receipt and she sez oh I misunderstood you. REALLY??? so then she grabs six cookies from the display case and puts them in a box and places them in the bag. So I was waiting there 12 minutes wasting my time and keeping my customer waiting for something first they forgot about then tried to make excuses for then finishes the conversation with have a nice day.... Really??? Bad customer service, don't waste you time....

It's great if you get an hour lunch break. Spent 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. Today it was 20 minutes and I left with out anything.
Food line is always a cross contaminated mess.

Finding a place where everyone in a family of 4 agrees is nearly impossible. 3 of us wanted a sandwich but my toddler wanted pizza. Asked the gentleman behind the counter to make a flatbread as close to a pepperoni pizza as possible and he completely nailed it! Great service and a happy family. Would recommend.

Horrible, I stood there for ten minutes and no one moved, only two people working. And working on online orders not in person customers. Had to not eat on my lunch break because they don’t know how to move. Thanks subway!
I got to the location 20 minutes before close hoping to grab two quick sandwiches for my young daughters and the store was already closed. I guess this location doesn't want my money, and from what I have read for reviews lacks basic customer service. That's unfortunate...🤔

This place is so dysfunctional… never enough staff especially for lunch rush. Always 2 people working. Should have minimum 3 but more like 4. One person stays on register. Adopt the chipotle way. I was 2nd in line and got out 23 min later. 11 others behind me. The 5 online orders off to the side had first priority which is fine. But cmon people we don’t have all day. Couple people left. I imagine this store looses a couple hundred bucks each day because of this. One time my order was finished everything at the register and instead of having me pay this dude went and made 2 more on line orders. So I just sat and stared waiting for another 5 mins. Just terrible. And then of course the famous Tip screen comes up…. Yeah right.
