I went here Friday June 27th 2025 and I will never go back, I stood up at the front desk for 10 minutes without being assisted or even seeing someone that worked there. Went and checked in the bar and the kitchen not a soul. So my girlfriend and I left. Oh did I mention it was cosmic bowling and we showed up at 9 and there still wasn't a single employee in your establishment making sure your potential customers got helped. Yall need to do better plain and simple. You wasted my time and my money by having horrible customer service. I hope the construction closes your establishments doors for good if that's how you run your busniess

We did the “kids bowl free program” through this place. Went on a Saturday morning at open. First impression was good.
Until I found out I paid for a family of 4 for the program, shoe rental was advertised for $2 and then it was actually $5.
Then they turned around and made the hours an hour shorter and the weekends unavailable completely. At $20 for shoe rentals for a family of 4… I’ll probably just eat the price I paid and move on. Lesson learned.

Buddy and gf charged $10 for 9-12:00 special, I was charged $24 and my other buddy and his gf was charged $24… why charge $10 for 2 people then $24 for 1 and then $24 for two??? I got screwed. Yall need to figure out your pricing and not screwing certain people over that’s in a group with the same people you charge less too.
Also if you want food or drinks you have to walk all the way around to the busy bar and wait to order food. Ignore the NEON SIGN IN THE BOWLING ALLEY that says order food and drinks here. You will stand there looking like an idiot for a very long time. The employees will keep walking by you and not say anything either. I finally said hey, is someone here to take my order to an employee as he walked by and then he finally says oh no you have to order in the bar. Well take that massive sign down in the bowling alley that says order here. Overall I paid $24 for 3 games of bowling and never did end up ordering food and drinks for the group. Other buddy I bowled with paid $10 for him and his gf, other one paid $24 and myself by myself paid $24. I even brought it up to the cashier and she said hold on and brought a manager over and he said it’s correct. So everyone else before and after I checkout paid less than me. Yall screwed me as an individual for some reason.
