I can’t even rate the food because we never received any service for 40 minutes. We finished bowling which was good and the desk attendant was nice and printed the score card for us since it was our 4 year old’s first bowl. However, when we went into the restaurant, we seated ourselves as the sign says and no one attended to us. Eventually we asked for menus from the bar. Then we waited to be asked what we wanted. Eventually, went up to the bar for 10 minutes to order our food. No one said anything to us the entire time, it was like we were invisible. This is very sad because the food is good (from memory) and unique, and the bowling alley is a desperately needed activity in Red Wing. I worry about this location going out of business.

Service is bad and owner not present. Many restaurants do so much better. It's hit or miss

Waitress was very polite and attentive. The only "German" plate we had was the Reuben but it was excellent!!! There we other great sounding dishes as well. We were just there for a quick stop in for a pint and some appz but got the sandwich as well. The app sampler was excellent and was a meal in it self!!

This was the first time that I ever ate there. Headboard there quite a long time ago. Service was great during bowling league. Mother daughter combo excellent. Friendly. Everyone knew them and spoke highly of them.

I received a lecture when I asked about bumpers! I think folks should be able to decide for themselves rather than having an age limit. One of the people in my party is handicapped and it would have been nice for them to have a positive experience…. Additionally, I’ve never seen such sticky approach lanes. I nearly injured myself on the first throw. I had to remove my shoes and I still couldn’t slide an inch. I ended up just standing at the end of the lane and throwing the ball. I won’t be back!!

I really enjoyed their rubin egg rolls... It's a nice place to eat for a restaurant in a bowling alley.
