We used the drive thru service today. Employee didn't know what she was doing and seemed confused. I got the shuffle and it wasn't hot. Very disappointed. I usually get good service and hot food.

I love this location so much, it's great to go here and study up in the second floor. I love that you can go up there and feel a little more secluded but you still the coffee shop feel. The staff here are always friendly!
