Staff super nice and the environment also good for study and chill.
I love this location so much, it's great to go here and study up in the second floor. I love that you can go up there and feel a little more secluded but you still the coffee shop feel. The staff here are always friendly!
Torri Meyer and her sister Krystal Meyer are truly amazing people and are always so polite and kind. They make everyone who meets them so happy.
We ordered a chicken apple sausage sandwich, oatmeal, bagel w/cream cheese and 2 lattes. Delicious. Our servers were welcoming and offered extras (toasted bagel), etc.
Would definitely visit again. Who knew oatmeal could taste so good?
This place has TWO FLOORS! I haven’t seen a Caribou like this before. The customer service is excellent and the food and drinks tasted good. Very cozy atmosphere with cool pictures on the walls. The upstairs has a meeting room and a bookshelf with books you can pick up and read while you are here. The noise level depends on the customer base in the store at the time. It was very quiet when I got here but a family with children walked in and the kids were a bit loud but it’s refreshing to be at a coffee place with a varying customer base instead of places where you feel like you have to be extra quiet. A very open space with a lot of windows so you can sit and enjoy the natural lighting. Plenty of seating upstairs and some downstairs as well.
Good place to take advantage of having a coffee and a good chat, good facilities and good and precise service

It’s such a cool place to have coffee and relax. I went there to get some work done. There are plugs, plenty of seatingof the upstairs even had a fireplace and a library (bookshelf) I had a sausage sandwich and some iced chai. Everything was tasty and the drink was so good. I sat there for a few minutes and the place got busy but never too crowded. The coffee shop is inside a historic building I just wished there was some info about the building to learn about its history.

We've always loved this Caribou. Today, we stopped in for coffee and were treated by a very sweet person. Shout out to Rissa on her first day! I hope they keep her. And the coffee is amazing: Turtle mocha, full rack!

I visit this caribou daily sometimes twice. Today I sat in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes, cars in front of me and behind me. The girl with the large hickey on her neck left us sitting for another 10 minutes to give us the wrong drinks. Hickey girl proceeded to say there are more people inside than there is outside, so the drive-thru has to wait. I understand being short staffed but this was completely ridiculous.
Enjoyed some hot chocolate after an afternoon of hiking. The team did a great job of putting our order together!

Went inside to place an order and 2 employees were discussing who was logged onto the registers. Looked right at my husband and I and kept on talking, totally ignoring us. Manager came out, looked right at us and instead of waiting on us or hollering at one of them to take our order, she joined in their conversation and ignored us too. Very poor customer service! We left, drove down the street and went to the other location where we received top notch service. Never had such poor service at a Caribou Coffee before!
Cute location, great for hanging out or working. I appreciate that the coffee shop has a community board. And I love that they have heavy cream as a milk option also—my latte was delicious. I don't recommend the chia tea latte though. It tasted like plastic / chemicals. I ordered one for my daughter and it wasn't untill we left and she wasn't drinking it that I tasted it and realized it didn't taste right. Probably has more to do with the chai tea product the company uses, more so than this specific location, but wanted to mention it either way.
Parking: It's a pretty big parking lot.
