Dude acted like I was the asshole for requesting sub onion ring instead of grilled onions on the western burger. Tried to charge me $5 for a side of onion rings. In what world is that a crazy request?
Food is decent and well priced but with small portions. Service is simpletons who can't be like, oh one onion ring? OK, sure.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with our order tonight. The chicken was perfectly cooked with the most delicious breading; nice & crisp and not greasy at all. The side dishes were also great! Nice & hot & tasty. We are very pleased with the service & extras such as napkins, eating utensils & wipes were included. Staff are always polite & friendly & never forget to give our dogs treats. They love to go there too. Thank you so much for everything.

I have been going to Randys since I was a kid. Love the food here. Chicken is always good, as well as the Hot Ham and cheese sandwich. I live out of state now, but anytime I am in Red Wing I have to stop and get some good food.

Always gonna try something new... but can't get past the Cheeseburger Basket. Love it!!!
Chicken was great but the the rest was pretty wah wah. The cheese curds were overpriced, small and slightly overcooked and the sweet potato fries were very limp, not crispy at all.

I’ve always enjoyed Randy’s and have been a loyal customer for years. However, I believe it’s important for everyone to treat others with the same respect they would like to receive.
Recently, while waiting for my food in the drive-through, my children became restless, so I turned around to comfort them. During that time, an employee came outside with her hands full—something I completely understand and sympathize with. However, instead of calling out to me or tapping on my window to get my attention, she kicked my car.
I want to be clear that I hold no ill will toward the employee, but I do feel it’s important to address this so it doesn’t happen again. Kicking someone’s vehicle is not an appropriate way to get their attention, and it could lead to damage or upset the wrong person. I take pride in caring for my belongings, and I would appreciate if this matter could be handled to ensure a better experience for all customers in the future.

Fantastic small town restaurant! Fast food prices, but the quality FAR exceeds any fast food restaurant out there. Great breakfast, excellent chicken, and quality burgers! Something on the menu for the whole family, and it's delicious 😋
