?update: Spoke to customer service and they said they would refund our drinks for this experience but we never got our refund
Tried them out for the first time since they opened and we were sorely disappointed. My husband and I ordered the apple machiattos and a kids hot chocolate. The apple machiattos tasted like caramel apple flavored water and the kids hot chocolate was so hot it was hard for an adult to hold the kid cup long. Had to reverse in the drive thru to ask for ice. All in all if we are going to pay almost $15 for 3 beverages I rather go to the starbucks in Target. We probably won't be back here. Paying for what we hope was a nice treat to just be disappointed isn't the way we want to spend money..

Reviewing because I'm so seeing so many stupid-ahh reviews of people complaining about stupid-ahh things.
It's a good place because because the drinks are really good. I like to study inside, it has a calm atmosphere until the customers ruin it. I also like to sit outside, so I'm glad they have outlets by the chairs out there.
Now, my only complaints are the drinks are over priced. It's $1.25 for a single scoop of popping Boba (the scoops are really tiny, too). I mean, the drinks are delicious so sometimes it's worth it, but coming here multiple times a month could make me go broke. My favorite is their lavender matcha latte with 3 extra scoops of matcha (luckily, they don't charge for extra scoops of that). It tastes like matcha Ice cream, it's amazing!
And of course, it's Starbucks so it attracts some weird-ahh/annoying customers.
Oh, and the sink in the bathroom is really annoying.

Yeah my biggest thing was my Hazel wasn’t tasting hazel. When they pour more hazel from well it was empty, wish they little bigger chairs.

There was one girl making the drinks and she was very rude and slammed my drink on the counter didn’t say my name. Drinks were disgusting. Very rude

I came with 3 mugs to fill. They said they couldn’t fill my mugs, and had to use their cups. They filled 3 cups and double cupped them because they were hot and were out of the sleeves.
So instead of using ZERO cups they wasted SIX! The coffee was excellent and the staff was nice, but this proves Starbucks isn’t environmentally conscious.

Ordered from the app and got the drink wrong twice (ice instead of hot).

Rabbit Feet
Took them 25 minutes to make my drink! After 10 minutes of waiting they finally made it but they made it wrong. They had to remake it but instead of making it right away after realizing their mistake they made 3 other drinks of the same category. My friends all got their drinks in less than 5 minutes. It was a frappe which usually come with whole milk but they were making all of them with 2%, not sure if they were out or not because they did not inform us. So they either are making hundreds of wrong drinks or they have terrible customer service, well it is a mix of both. Will be going to the one in Target from here on out because they actually know how to do their job.
