Door dashed from this location and the breakfast sandwich was not even cooked. The eggs and bacon were like they just came out of the fridge, this is not the first time this has happened when door dash uses this location.

I went to go get Three sub sandwiches all foot-long’s, and the white gentleman with the red mustache was completely rude with the biggest attitude almost acted like he didn’t wanna be there treated me poorly. I don’t recommend this to no one as long as he’s working.

My wife and I came here on a Saturday and were first in line. The worker kept telling us they were the only one here and to go to the Subway across town. I understand they were short staffed but we came to the restaurant to get food on this side of town on purpose.

Don't waste your time going to this location. Everytime I go here I hope it's one of the two guys I usually see working because they seem to be the only two who are actually polite and professional. 10/4/2024 around 1pm I stopped in for 2 subs, the store was empty. The first girl who walked out from the back didn't even look at me or say a word until she had gloves on and at that point she just stared at me. I told her what I wanted and she huffed and puffed as if she was annoyed the whole time she got the bread, slamming the bread door closed and basically throwing the bread onto the Prep board. When she ran out of cheese she walked into the back and i heard her throw the container and then a loud crash of who knows what. When she came back she screamed to someone in the back demanding that they remove the cookies from the oven. A sweet girl named Mary came out from the back and when she said the cookies needed a few more minutes in the oven, the other girl pulled the cookies out and slammed the tray on the counter so hard that I actually jumped, the cookies were clearly undercooked too. Mary finished making my sandwichs and was so sweet and kind, another customer had come in as Mary was wrapping up my subs and the rude girl whipped a knife off the prep board less than half an inch from Mary's hand, it was honestly so scary. The customer behind me gave me a wide eyed look, clearly feeling the hostility as well. I immediately felt so bad for Mary, no one should have to work in that environment, especially when a grown women is being so careless with literal knives, I can only imagine how horrible her attitude is when there's no customers around. They need to give Mary a raise or get that other girl out of there, because not only is she rude and hostile, she's unsafe and mean. Most of the time the workers at this location seem to be irritated and annoyed aside from two of the men who are actually so kind and Mary who I saw for the first time today. But after today I won't be returning to this store due to the consistent hostility from the employees.

Lettuce was obviously expired, bathroom is filthy trash was over flowing. Two months ago before the old manager came back this store was looking so much better and now it's going downhill fast.

Ordered online and it took for ever to get my sandwich.
There are two locations in Red Wing, MN--one located in Burnside and one located at downtown at 926 Main St. I really like the downtown location--I prefer to use this particular location instead of the Burnside location because the sandwich artists who work at the downtown location ALWAYS and BY FAR have a cheery and friendly attitude which makes the service they provide truly excellent, and they always get my order expeditiously and precisely done well. I most highly recommend the downtown Red Wing, MN location.
Vegetarian options: The vegetables are always perfectly fresh!

The food @ subway is always fantastic but @ this particular establishment the guy working the shop (alone it appeared) was not very friendly. He came off as if he was irritated by my coming in & ordering. Being that way I won't be visiting again as long as I see him working.

Went Thurs 4-13-2023 was in about 7:30 p.m. and got the monster felt very comfortable with him really friendly there was a young man that was working by himself he had a very good personality very calm not stressed friendly I would keep him around very good member to keep around give him a raise thank you
