Hello, I’m Tina! 🤪 Just a small town Miesville girl with a CRAVING for Subway!😋😋😋 I have come in on multiple occasions, with certain staff members always catching my eye. 😲😲😲 They’re always hard at work 💪💪💪, and never cause a single issue ❌❌❌. I really wanted to take the time to shout out Izzy, Benson, and Aleah 🤍🤍🤍 !!! They are without a doubt the best Subway workers of all time, bringing unmatched energy, skill, and dedication to every shift 🔋⚡️🥵. They turn even the busiest days into smooth, efficient operations, crafting perfect sandwiches with speed and care while still treating every customer with genuine kindness!!! When I came in after my colonoscopy 💩💩💩 they did nothing butt (pun intended LOL!!!! 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣) Their teamwork keeps the store running flawlessly 🧼🧹🫧, their attitudes lift everyone around them, and their commitment makes the workplace better every single day 🙏🙏🙏. With all they contribute, they absolutely deserve raises, recognition, and nonstop praise for being the true backbone of the Subway experience 🤑💰🥯🥖. Managers, if you haven’t given any of them a raise, you totally should 💰💰💰! The way they run that Subway is like no other! Today November 15, 2025 l have a coupon for two foot long sandwiches but I was told they are no longer accepting any deals when they ring me up. I was disappointed because the coupon not expired yet. Why sent out coupons when no longer accepting coupons? If you have coupons ask if they taking any coupons before ordering your sandwich. Maybe this location sucks and just won’t accept any deals. Won’t be coming here anymore.

Upon my arrival I was greeted with hellos and TWO HUGE COLGATE SMILES !!!! Kevin Jr. And Benson tag team the lunch rush effortlessly.

Walked in. Girl look miserable, never made eye contact with me and was rearranging and filling in her trays. As I’m waiting like for four minutes, another customer walks in and she acknowledges her and starts taking her order. Almost like if I was invisible. And then I told her are you gonna pretend like I’m not even here? And she stated I said hello and you didn’t say anything back. Which is not true. And then I said forget it you know what I’ll just go somewhere else and I left the store. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the reason why stores like these go out of business. Very unprofessional. Leave your problems at home. It’s not my fault or anybody else’s fault that you have issues that are not my concern.

The coolers for the veggies are set way too low and the bins are frozen. Which then leads to the veggies being mushy. I hadn’t come here in months hoping it would change since I had noticed other local stores doing the same. Kind of slow service since they only had two people on and couldn’t keep up with the demand. Store was very clean. Was not impressed with the mushy veggies.

We went into Subway to get our order for Doordash. Kaylee Eckhoff, stared at us and watched us take the order without drinks. We Drop the food off to the person without drinks. We went back and asked about the drinks, we got one of the drinks but they were out of the other so we ask kaylee what we should do and she didn’t answer and walked in the back with no help. So we had to grab our own cup and drink for the customer.

Got a kids meal with Apple sauce and a juice box and ordered a Diet Coke and bag of SunChips. I only received the sandwich and Diet Coke didn’t receive the drink or side of the kid’s meal. Called the location and they said normally people get themselves for pick up don’t know if I believe that as the other location in town, put all the stuff in the bag for me. How is anybody supposed to know that what you’re supposed to do when they don’t tell you I would assume that they would give it to you. And at least at the other location in town, their drinks are behind the counter so I wouldn’t be able to get that myself anyways if it’s the same set up as the other one. don’t recommend if you order ahead if you want all your stuff

We stopped for dinner between 6:30-7 on 1/19/24.Walked in, no one in the place. No workers appeared until we were at the counter. Zero eye contact. No greeting like, "Hello". Only asked for our order. There were 2 girls that waited on us.It was obvious we were disturbing their evening and they had no problem letting us know.Sandwiches were good. No complaint.Service was some of the worst I've seen. Do better, ladies.
